We have stayed at Estancia several times and we love it. Our 7 people loved the beautiful unit. The highlight was the 3 large beds in the kids room, finally enough beds for our big family! The view was spectacular. We had daily maid service which was such a luxury. We would definitely rent this spacious condo again.

I last stayed at this resort about 10 years ago and it was as fantastic as I remember. The booking process could not have been smoother, the villa was wonderful and we were greeted with some delicious margaritas and handmade salsa/gauc upon our check in. 10/10 experience, would love to book with this host again!

Home away from home

We loved our stay! The unit was spotless and had everything we needed to be comfortable for the week. We were welcomed with snacks and drinks prepared in suite. Eduardo was amazing and checked in on us during our stay. Estancia was perfect for our family of 5. Close to all of the spring break action but far enough away to give us a place to relax. We loved the views from the patio and easy access to the swimmable beach.

The unit was perfect for our family of 5. The three beds in the 2nd bedroom was perfect. The property manager and cleaning staff were excellent. They even had Margaritas and snacks waiting for us at arrival. We will definitely be back!

My family just returned from a week in this wonderful villa. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. We love staying here. First time in this unit but it was laid out like another one we've stayed in. Advice would be to use house manager to purchase groceries prior to your arrival. We wish we would have done that this time even though our stay was pretty short. Can't wait to go back!

A perfect vacation from start to finish

This is our second family vacation staying Villa la Estancia. The property is centrally located and sits on a swimming beach. The condo floor plan is well thought out and all the comforts of home. We really like that the property is gated and there is everything you need including a market, coffee house, ice cream parlor, gym, and excellent restaurants on site. We can't wait to go back next year!

The location was perfect, close to downtown and the marina. Beautiful views of lands end. Service at the resort was excellent. The villa was clean and spacious. The only complaint I have is one of the beds in my daughter’s room had a mattress that was completely caved in the center so no one could sleep there.

Beautiful Villa

This is a beautiful villa in a beautiful resort! This is our 4th time renting this same villa and it never disappoints. If you have 3 kids, the 3 beds in the 2nd bedroom are great. The place is very well maintained and updated. Everything you need is there and the view is so pretty. Villa la Eatancia is close to everything. The service there is great and the pools are fabulous. Highly recommend!

Our family is so excited to finally own our spectacular Villa in Cabo San Lucas. My husband and I (Brian and Stephanie) along with our three children (Kaila, Kassidy and Ryan) have been vacationing in Mexico for many years and have been looking to purchase a vacation property for over 10 years. But we needed to find the right one, and as soon as we arrived at the Villa La Estancia we knew we had finally found the perfect place.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We have over the years visited many different parts of Mexico, every time we always compared everything back to Cabo San Lucas, I remember a Mexican cruise we took and the Kids crying because they did not want to get back on the boat, they love Cabo and wanted to stay there. Medano beach is one of the most beautiful beaches, we especially love it because the kids can swim in the ocean, they spends hours everyday in the surf playing. We also have had many great memories and family fun, in the beach restaurants (The Office, Mango Deck). Brian and my son Ryan love deep sea fishing, this property is an easy walk to or quick cab to the bustling exciting Marina. When the boys go fishing the girls go shopping, still after many trips we never get bored of walking the streets downtown and seeing what the locals have for sale. Many other exciting fun activities that our family enjoys are taking a water taxi over to lover beach to snorkel, the boys are always spotting whales, we love to do ATV trips and horseback riding. So many great restaurants in town. But at the end of the day going back to the Villa La Estancia is such a treat.

There is so much to do in Cabo San Lucas, but when all is done and you head back to the Villa, the grounds are breathtaking, the atmosphere is quiet and tranquil, the pools are beautiful, the steak house is incredible. A glass of wine on the patio looking out over Lands End is always the best part of the day.
