Villa La Estancia. Located on Medano Beach - safe beach for swimming. Other beaches in the immediate area are not. Villa La Estancia is a five-star condominium resort.

The villa is beautifully appointed with two bedrooms and three full baths. The bedrooms are both large with sitting areas. The master bathroom has a large whirlpool tub. The full kitchen includes all appliances, a breakfast bar, and a laundry closet with a washer, dryer, and sink. The dining table seats up to eight. The bedrooms and the living room have direct access to the balcony which has a table for four, two patio chairs, two lounge chairs, ceiling fans and a wet bar with refrigerator.

The resort has a large pool as well as several hot tubs (one of which is adults only) in addition to a ‘swim up’ bar. There are two restaurants, one of which is open for all meals. The resort has a gym as well as tennis and pickleball courts. This resort is adjacent to the Villa Del Palmar and Villa Del Arco resorts. Guests of Villa La Estancia are welcome to use many of the amenities of those resorts which includes a full-service supermarket, and deli and the beautiful Desert Spa.

The condo is within walking distance to downtown Cabo and the Marina. However, cabs are available, if you prefer. Cabos San Lucas is a highly sought after holiday destination with gorgeous views and so much to do!
