Cape May Area Coastal Cottage!

The Drift Cottage, part of Sea Haven Cottages, is your dream getaway at the shore. 5 blocks to the Delaware Bay, 15 Minutes to Cape May, Wildwood, Stone Harbor and countless area amenities. Brand new renovations as of 2023 and designed as a calming retreat. Enjoy coffee or drinks on the front deck or enjoy a meal in the backyard. Inside you’ll find everything you need to enjoy your stay. Pet friendly for an additional fee. The Backyard is shared with the Sea Haven Tiny Cottage-also an AirBnB.

The Drift Cottage is a newly renovate property. There are 2 rentals located on this property. The Drift Cottage is the `main` cottage and the Sea Haven Tiny Cottage is the rear cottage which is also a vacation rental. The cottages are detached. Each has their own private entrance, parking space and a semi private backyard area for your enjoyment.

~Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need for cooking along with basic spices, cooking oil, coffee and sugar. There is a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender and drip coffee maker.

~Bedroom 1: Offering a queen size bed, open closet storage and dresser.

~Bedroom 2: Offering two (2) twin size beds and dresser.

~Pets: We are dog friendly at an additional fee of $100 for the first dog and $50 for a second with a max of 2 dogs. Any damage or excessive cleaning will result in additional charges. We provide doggie waste bags in the backyard for convenience in picking up after your pet. This is a shared backyard space. Dogs must be leashed at all times. We are not responsible for the safety of your pet while staying with us. Pets should not be left at the property unattended.

~Outside Space: Outside is a semi private yard with gardens, dining table and propane grill. 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys are all available in the storage box in the backyard.

~Things Worth Noting: Since this is a shared space please note that cleaners may come from at some point to clean the backyard cottage or take the trash out.

Parking for 2 cars is available. Please park to the left of the cottage. The backyard space in front of the garage is located to the Drift Cottage.

Please be sure to leash your pet when outside. There are 2 rental cottages on this property. They are separate cottages with a shared back yard space. There may be a point in your stay, where cleaners will be on premise cleaning the other cottages and access the backyard or taking out the trash.
The Drift Cottage is a shared property. There is a tiny cottage which hosts a maximum of 2 people that is rented simultaneous to The Drift Cottage. This is a shared back yard space with designated semi private areas for each cottage. Both properties are pet friendly. All dogs MUST be leashed while on the property.

**Rental Policies – Know Before You Book**

We believe in transparency to ensure your vacation experience aligns with our home’s expectations. Our rental is perfect for families and responsible groups looking for a relaxing getaway—but it is not suitable for large parties or events which violates local rental ordinances. Please review our policies carefully before booking to ensure our home is the right fit for your stay.

- Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- No Party Groups: We do not accept bookings for proms, high school groups, college groups, or spring break travelers.
- Accurate Guest Representation: If your group misrepresents itself, your rental agreement will be voided, and you will forfeit all payments.
- Registered Guests Only: The rental property is exclusively for guests listed in the agreement—**no outside visitors allowed.
- Smoke-Free Home: This is a 100% smoke-free property indoors. Any evidence of smoking will result in the loss of your security deposit or $750 charge.
-The Cape May area is full of nature. Our homes are treated monthly for all forms of pests. With that said we do NOT refund for mosquitos, ants or fruit flies which are common to our area in the summer months. Please be sure to keep doors closed and window screens in place. If you spot a bug, notify us immediately and we will have our pest control team out to the property.

In the event a Direct Booking or VRBO reservation is canceled within the applicable cancellation window and a full or partial refund is due, all refunds will be issued minus any non-refundable payment processing fees. These include, but are not limited to:
-Credit card processing fees incurred at the time of booking
Payment processor fees associated with issuing the refund.
These fees are charged by third-party financial institutions and are non-recoverable by the Host, and therefore will be deducted from any refund issued. These fees are typically 5.7%
