Inside Mountain View Splash, guests are welcomed into a refined blend of modern luxury and mountain charm. The home includes multiple king suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom featuring walk-in tile showers, premium fixtures, and in the lower level suite, a standalone soaking tub and dual vanities. The upper level offers a spacious bunk room with queen-over-queen beds and an ensuite bath, while the game room adds additional sleeping space with a full-over-full bunk. A vaulted living room framed by large windows showcases panoramic views of the Great Smoky Mountains, creating a stunning backdrop for gatherings. The gourmet kitchen features leathered granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed for preparing meals, while the dining area offers comfortable seating for large groups. A full-size game room overlooks the main living space and includes a pool table, Pac-Man arcade game, and 4K smart TV, providing hours of entertainment. Guest Access:

Guests have the entire home to themselves, including all bedrooms, the heated indoor pool, hot tub, fire pit, game room, and outdoor spaces. Entry is secure and convenient through a time-based electronic lock, with a unique code provided for each stay.



The Neighborhood:

Located in peaceful Wears Valley, this home is close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Foothills Parkway, and local dining, shops, and distilleries. Despite its serene setting, guests can reach Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Dollywood in just fifteen to twenty-five minutes. Getting to the home is a breeze, with easy-to-navigate roads, beautiful scenery, and a relaxed atmosphere, making it an ideal home base for exploring the Smokies.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is the most convenient way to explore the Smoky Mountains and nearby attractions. However, if you prefer to let someone else do the driving, several transportation options are available:



>Gatlinburg Trolley: Enjoy completely free transportation throughout Gatlinburg.

>Pigeon Forge Fun Time Trolley: Affordable fares ranging from $1.00 to $3.00 (children under 3 ride free).

>Rideshare & Local Services: Uber, Lyft, taxis, and private limo/shuttle services operate throughout the area.

After booking, you’ll receive an invitation to complete a quick and secure pre-arrival confirmation to verify your identity and payment details. Your reservation isn’t fully confirmed until this step is complete. Once finished, you’ll gain access to all stay details — including property information, local recommendations, a helpful Smoky Mountain coupon guide, and your door code (available 24 hours before check-in).

Pets, Smoking & Other Rules:

- No pets or service animals due to severe homeowner allergies (local boarding options available).

Guest Requirements & Security:

Primary guest must be 25+ years of age to book. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. For the safety and comfort of all guests, security cameras are located at all entrances and parking areas. These are used only for security, occupancy, and no-pet policy enforcement. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in private areas. The property also has environmental sensors to detect smoking, vaping, or excessive noise. Tampering with, disconnecting, or covering any camera or environmental sensor will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund and deposit forfeiture.



Refunds:

Our cancellation policy, as outlined on the booking site or platform, will apply to all reservations. Refunds are not issued for weather-related events or natural disasters, and all credit card processing fees will be deducted from any refund. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is available during the check-in process.
