- Pets are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee. We welcome dogs and cats only. Pets must not be left unattended unless they are crated, must follow quiet hours, and are not allowed on furniture. The pet fee does not cover any damage to furniture, bedding, or rugs, or additional cleaning required due to excessive hair or odors.

- There is a public outdoor pickleball court nearby, just a short walk from the property. Guests may request paddles, balls, and a portable net for a friendly match. Equipment is provided subject to availability. As the court is public and outdoors, availability and play may depend on weather conditions.

- The home allows up to 10 guests total, including children.

- Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property. If smoking, please remain 30 feet away from the building.

- Parties and loud gatherings are not allowed. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Alcohol must stay inside the home. Please keep all shared areas clean. Violations may result in a $250+ fine.

- No BBQ or grilling on the property.

- Large trucks and oversized vehicles must use alternative parking.
