Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen Holzkamin, einen 43-Zoll-Flachbild-Smart-TV, einen DVD-Player und einen Blick auf den Südosten und auf den Dollar-Berg. Es gibt eine Terrasse neben dem Wohnbereich mit Gasgrill und Tisch mit zwei Stühlen zum Entspannen und um die Aussicht auf den Trail Creek zu genießen. Ein Queensize-Schrankbett befindet sich ebenfalls im Wohnbereich. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 4.
Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, 32-Zoll-Flachbild-Smart-TV und Mt Ansichten. Es gibt ein großes Bad mit Badewanne / Dusche Kombination, Einzelwaschbecken. Komplexe Merkmale: Die Cottonwood Condominiums befinden sich an der Dollar Road direkt gegenüber dem Sun Valley Village. Der neue Sun Valley Pavilion ist etwa zwei Häuserblocks entfernt. Dies ist der beste Standort für einen bequemen Zugang zu Eislaufbahnen im Innen- und Außenbereich, Pools, Whirlpools, Geschäften und Tagungseinrichtungen. Die Lage ist bekannt für ihre Privatsphäre und Ruhe, mit einer Mischung aus Komfort, Wärme und Landschaft. Landschaftsbau umfasst Teiche und Bäche auf dem Gelände. Skilifte sind 1,5 km entfernt und können leicht mit dem Mountain Rides Shuttle erreicht werden, der am Eingang zu den Cottonwoods hält. Im Sommer bietet der Radweg kilometerlange Möglichkeiten zum Radfahren oder Wandern. Am Eingang des Komplexes fährt ein kostenloser Shuttlebus ab, der Sie zu den beiden Skiliften am Bald Mountain, in der Innenstadt von Ketchum sowie zu den Ferienorten Sun Valley und Elkhorn bringt.

Great location for all seasons! We stayed in the fall and loved the babbling creek outside and the beautiful colors. The bed is quite comfortable, and the kitchen well-stocked. There is easy access to the Sun Valley Lodge and amenities, and it's a quick drive into town for restaurants and the grocery store. It's well suited for a family of 4, but wouldn't want to share the en suite bathroom with friends. It was perfect for the two of us.

I usually don't like carpet but it feels clean and comfortable in this unit. Location: quiet, with a good mountain view when you wake up. It's only a few minute of drive to the River Run Plaza to ski in Sun Valley. Very convenient location. Layout: the morning sun is bright in the living room. Love it. The kitchen is closed off from the living room (deli layout). I initially thought I would not like it but I found myself enjoy this layout very much as I can leave all the mess in the kitchen while eating in the living room. Kitchen: we like to cook our own meals. This kitchen is stocked with all the tools I need to make good meals. Management: we didn't experience any issues with check-in or check-out. It was a very smooth process.

Great condo in Sun Valley

The property is in a great location, close to the Sun Valley Lodge amenities and the town of Ketchum. It was perfect for our family of three, with a well-equipped kitchen and all the essentials we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Very very clean and well stocked, we needed nothing. Only thing is that the checkin and checkout is a little bit out of the way and complicated. A lock box would be easier then going off property, 7 minutes away to pickup and drop off keys. Besides that, super easy checkin and checkout instructions and I have nothing else negative to note! Loved this place and would stay here again, and I recommend anyone who is on the edge to just book it!

Clean space but creepy neighbors

Short version-condo is very dated but clean. The “condo” directly across the hall had a combination lock on the door (not a realtor style). Out comes two strange and rather creepy guys. Hard to fully describe but my girlfriend and I didn’t feel safe after the short exchange. We chose to not stay there and we let Alpine know.

1st time to stay at Cottonwood

Lovely, older unit. Lots of windows/light. Well equipped kitchen, great fireplace & plenty of firewood on the deck. Good bed, overall we were pleased - a real discovery. Have always stayed at the Lodge or Inn, this is much better. A bit of a walk to the pool but glad it was available to us. Kitchen could use some attention & maintenance - microwave turntable doesn't turn; latches on kitchen doors loose; one burner was not operable, light bulb in main room needs replacement; wifi had to be re-set by rental agents; kitchen faucet doesn't shut off properly. All little things, but things that should be taken care of by property managers. The unit is charming and would highly recommend.

If this condo wasn't in Sun Valley, we would have rated lower. The area is awesome, but this property seems outdated. The fan in the bathroom was super loud and rattled. The bed sheets were itchy and not comfortable. The pillows were old and small for a king bed. On the plus side, the 2nd floor balcony had gorgeous views of the fall colors in the trees and the creek outisde was beautiful. This was a last minute trip and our two night stay was so-so. We had a great hiking and hanging out in Sun Valley and Ketchum, but next time we will stay somewhere else.

Cozy and comfortable

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at this unit for a week while attending a conference & skiing at both Dollar Mtn & Baldy Mtn. The descriptions of the unit listed were accurate - the bedroom & master bath were comfy and adequate. While the shower was wonderful, the drain closure did not work so a bath was not possible but this wasn't a big deal. We were just 2 people though the Murphy bed in living room allows for 2 more but it'd be very snug with 4 in this size unit (but economical). Heating worked fantastically though sad to learn upon arrival that since 5/2019, the local fire department has prohibited use of the chimneys (due to damage sustained previously in the complex) so a wood fire was not possible though I'm sure it would have been lovely. Perhaps this can be investigated for future renters to know if it is in fact still a prohibited issue? The kitchen was fully stocked with all varieties of supplies for any cooking needs. The coffee maker is a drip one & worked fine. There was even a hot water heater for tea! There was a small amount of spices but otherwise no condiments or other groceries provided so future visitors bring or purchase whatever you think you'll need. There are 2 main grocery stores in town. Ski locker on ground floor worked out great for storage of skis etc overnight. We took shuttle bus from complex to Baldy & Dollar one day each until we realized just as easy to drive & park ourselves though I do wonder if possible on crowded weekends. It just took > 40 mins one day to get to Baldy vs < 15 mins when we drove ourselves. This is not a ski in/ski out unit, you will at minimum walk 7min to bus stop on the Main Street to get to Dollar which is closest. Misc items - couldn't find the complex trash bins so did have to leave tied up bag of trash for housekeeper. There is no notable recycling bin at the complex nor the unit itself but we did manage to drop off our recycling at a local center independently but it did take extra work on our part to locate & organize. The tv is internet tv compatible so if you have Hulu, Amazon Prime subscriptions etc, you will have many options. The DVD player was a BlueRay though it played a plain DVD we brought so I guess it does both (?). We never ended up using any of the amenities which were available to us at Sun Valley Lodge (gym, hot tub, discounts at horse stable etc) but it was nice to know they were an option. All in all a fantastic stay and would be happy to stay again!

Only wish they had provided hand soap (only 1 small bar of bath soap which only lasted a day). There was plenty of dish, dishwasher and laundry soap. Management company was easy to work with and quick to respond.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cottonwood unit 1473 is a very comfortable unit for two people. On the 2nd floor it looks out at trail creek and the surrounding area. The king size bed is comfortable and the unit is equipped for most of a person’s needs. We were very happy with our stay in this unit.
