Das Casa B befindet sich in idealer Lage im historischen Viertel Monroe Park in South Haven, nur wenige Schritte vom schönen Nordstrand entfernt. Casa B ist die Wohnung im ersten Stock einer Zweifamilienwohnung. Es bietet bequem Platz für vier Personen mit zwei Queen-Size-Schlafzimmern, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche (minus Geschirrspüler) und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Wunderschön dekoriert, makellos sauber und voller Besitzerstolz!

Best Location with Nice Accommodations

Casa B is such a cute place to stay for couples or small family. Only a minute walk to beach and 15 minute walk to town. Area is so nice and beds are comfortable as well. Pretty affordable too considering location and time!

Lovely stay

The house was charming. It was pristine and was within walking distance of the beach, shopping and a cute little coffee shop right up the road. We had beautiful fall weather and fall colors. We would definitely stay here again!

Love the location. Easy to get to the beach, marina, and downtown. This house is very well equipped, cozy, clean and very cute. We were there with our 2 kids and everyone had a great time. Would definitely consider going again.

Wonderful house and location

My husband and I stayed a weekend as a quick fall getaway. We’ve always loved South Haven and this was a wonderful location, so close to North Beach and town. The house was perfect, super clean and cozy! Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and close to beach

Casa B is totally an ideal place to stay for affordable rate based on only being a short walk from beach (less than 3 minutes). The decor is cute and cozy and modernly decorated. Also close to river and walk to Lou’s or town is also less than a mile. Great place!

Get Away to South Haven

Overall great stay. Location is outstanding. 2 minute walk to the beach and probably the best neighborhood in South Haven. Only downside is the house has upstairs renters (separate entrances). The renters were fine but we could hear the footsteps of an excited young child running around until 11:30pm the first night. After that, no issues with sounds. Stacy was extremely responsive and helpful. House amenities were great. We would definitely stay there again.

Super Cute Beach Cottage

A super cute beach cottage. Walk to the South Haven North Beach. Short walk to downtown shops and restaurants. This cottage is fully stocked and comfortable. It has all of the conveniences you will need to make your stay easy and enjoyable. For breakfast, don't miss Bunde's Bakery just a couple of blocks up North Shore Drive. It is exactly what you think a beach cottage should be, down to the wood beadboard ceiling. Sit on the front porch and watch the world pass by. If you're looking for "cottage life," this is it. This place is a South Haven home run!

Prime location and super clean!

We loved our stay at Casa B. We were immediately very comfortable and It was the perfect size for our family of 3. Stacy had a brand new pack n play so we didn’t need to bring one for our little one. The location was awesome with only a 2 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes into town. Also, you could see the marina from the front porch! The flat was very clean had been renovated nicely including the kitchen and bathroom. There was a nice washer and dryer in unit as well. A great bonus when going to the beach everyday! We will be back!

Our HAPPY Place - perfect SoHa Getaway

We simply LOVE Casa B!!! It has everything - location, amenities, charm, and the best property owner ever!! The flat is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We love every detail. The front porch is the perfect place for a cup of coffee, relaxing with a good book, or watching people as they pass by. The back deck has a great table for outdoor dining. Perfect Location!

This was our first trip to South Haven and we could not have picked a better rental property! My husband and I have a two-year-old, so being within a two-minute walk to the beach was ideal. Plus Stacey has a wagon and even a Pack n Play, which meant less for us to pack! Our son fell in love with sailboats on the trip, so it was a huge perk that he could see the marina from the front porch! Stacey was incredibly helpful and we will definitely be back.

South Haven, Haven

Seamless rental experience! Keyless entry, check-in, and check-out process were a breeze. We loved being steps away from the beach and a short walk from downtown restaurants and shops, but we really relished the beautiful wraparound porch and garden in the morning. The accommodations are clean and well furnished. The bathroom is spacious enough for two adults to comfortably use the room simultaneously to get ready for time on the town or to wind down before bed. The washer and dryer let us travel light and enjoy fresh clothes throughout the trip. We didn’t use the kitchen to prepare our own food (there are so many great options for eating out) but the kitchen had everything we might have needed for a comfortable stay from morning coffee and tea through plenty of prep-ware and serving ware. We could have easily hosted a meal for visiting family. The owners helped us finish the check-in process through email when we had questions. The guest book was clear and easy to follow without being overwhelming, and the check-out process was straight-forward.

Our family has been traveling to South Haven since I can remember. This particular home has been in our family since 1994. It is very special to our family as we are blessed to be carrying on an owner/renter tradition that includes four generations.
