The property was close to the beach was fantastic! The deck was great with our dog joining us on the trip. The listing pictures seemed to depict the space as larger then it was as well as only finding out after booking that no sheets, no towels, or pillow cases are included. The comforters were also a little dirty and old.

Thank You for your stay! I am proud to have a very clean home, every year we invest in new sets of pillows, (yes we do supply new pillows) new bed spreads, mattress covers, bath rugs etc. they are washed and replaced with the change over, We have a deep cleaning every year before the rental season begins and I personally supervise the change over cleanings every time a Guest leaves and a new guest is due to come in.

This location is terrific! So conveniently located and walkable to everything! Check in and out and communication was excellent. Parking was easy and convenient right in front of property. Only negative was there was not enough seating for 4 adults to comfortably sit in TV room and the tv did not have any streaming capabilities - just basic cable. Beds were upstairs in very small attic which wasn’t an issue but none of us had a good nights sleep and I wish there was a nightstand on both sides of master bed for phone, water bottle etc. Location is definitely the big plus for this property.

Thank you for staying at my home! Yes we are in a great location steps to the beach and in the heart of Beach Haven. Bedrooms are located on the second floor not an attic. I will take your suggestion and add another night table to the side of the bed. In the livingroom the sofa seats 3 people and there's a very comfortable chair. I appreciated your stay. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at this property, especially during the recent Nor’easter. The home was warm, cozy, and comfortable throughout the storm, and we were incredibly grateful that it was situated on high ground while surrounding areas experienced significant flooding and power outages. The house had everything we needed, and Maria and her daughter-in-law, Kristin, went above and beyond to ensure we were safe and doing well during the storm. Their kindness, responsiveness, and genuine concern was greatly appreciated. The location was phenomenal—just a short walk to the beach, grocery store, and numerous great restaurants. It was also conveniently located near the Seashell Resort and Beach Club, where we attended multiple wedding festivities, making it the perfect home base for the weekend. We highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again!

Apartment was a little small especially living room (3 adults), but very nice and clean. We were there for a wedding so didn’t have much down time to spend inside. Great outdoor space. Location is great 1/2 block to beach & walkable to restaurants and shops. Hosts were very nice to talk with. Enjoyed our stay.

Our stay with my son and his dog,was perfect, since we were attending a wedding , across the way. There was also a park very close, since the dog was a senior she didnt not have to walk far. The deck was great for the pup too. Stores and resturants were walking distance. The space for two people and a dog was comfortable for our two days. Keep in mind since its not a hotel you have to bring your bed linens ,towels and bathroom supplies. Oh the wedding was Fun and we didnt have to drive home.

Place is nice, clean and great location. Host was easy to work with. Had lots of difficulty with TV. Was not a smart TV so could not use any streaming. Only cable and no good channels. It was also a little too warm. The AC seemed to auto off often and we had trouble sleeping cause it kept getting too warm overnight. We had to keep getting up to turn it back down. A smart TV and better AC settings and would be perfect.

I understand you were a overnight stay only! but if you had called and contacted me I would have been over in 5 minutes and showed you, or did these easy changes mysef, please never hesitate to call we are very close by, to assist in anything you may need. Maria and her husband’s home is a great choice for a small family getaway or a trip with friends. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with cooking essentials, though you’ll want to bring basics such as cooking oil. Be sure to pack personal items like shampoo, soap, and other toiletries as well.One thing to note is that the smart TV was not working during our stay, so plan ahead if that is important to you. Bringing your own streaming device is an easy solution.We would gladly stay here again and are planning the trip for next year! Maria and her husband were incredibly responsive, attentive, and a pleasure to meet. The location is excellent and makes it easy to enjoy everything LBI has to offer. Highly recommend staying here on your next visit!
