LBI CONDO:
Beautiful oceanfront condo in the heart of Beach Haven. Spectacular Ocean views from living room, master bedroom or covered balcony. Updated kitchen with granite counters and porcelain tile floor. Two bedrooms each with cable television. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle.. Living room has a pull-out sofa. The unit has two full bathrooms. Enjoy the peaceful sunrise and sound of the ocean from inside the condo. You can’t be any closer to the beach. A few steps to the best restaurants and all major attractions in Beach Haven. All 5-star reviews and many of our guests return year after year.

Other Amenities

Free High Speed Internet, YouTube TV with over 125 channels. Four beach badges are provided at the beginning of the season. There is no guarantee of their continued presence throughout the summer, however this convenience is provided at no extra cost and we have NEVER had a single tenant not have them upon their arrival! Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with ice maker, dishwasher, washer and dryer, air conditioning and heat for all season use, 48 in. flat screen TV in living room and 32 inch flat screen color TV's in each bedroom, DVD player with a variety of movies on-site, telephone, walk-in closet, outside showers, and two reserved parking places (one covered). Towels and linens not included. Sealy Posturepedic Mattress in Master (Queen) bedroom. Living Room has pull-out sofa.

Wonderful spot!

Enjoyed this well-maintained unit with comfortable furniture and fully-equipped kitchen. Loved being able to see the ocean while inside and watching sunrise from the balcony. Nice that we could walk to restaurants, parks, theater, and more. Because of the friendly and proactive communication from the owner, we had no surprises except good ones such as beach badges being attached to a very useful tote bag.

Proposal Weekend Getaway

Vaseem truly has one of the premier properties on LBI. Beach views, a large porch with comfortable furniture, Pearl Street Market a mere 200 feet towards the bay. I used this property as our home base while I prepared to propose to my longtime girlfriend of 7 years. I have absolutely zero regrets about booking this property, in fact, I believe staying here and getting to drink in the LBI sunrise before the proposal put the odds back in my favor once it came time to propose. Excellent time.

Everything from the online description to booking to communication with the host was easy and straightforward. The condo was clean and had everything you could want in a vacation rental. Vaseem was kind, gracious and always available. My only regret is that I could not stay longer!

LOVE this place!

This was my second stay at Vaseem’s lovely beachfront condo and I absolutely love it! I went first in November with my husband. I had such a great time in November that I just stayed there again with friends for the weekend. The balcony is absolutely wonderful! We spent most of our time out on the balcony enjoying the view. We enjoyed all of the shops and restaurants in the area and drove up to the lighthouse. Beach Haven has been one of my favorite places for years and this cozy, clean, comfortable condo really makes a weekend in Beach Haven even better. I’m already planning to return again in the fall. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality, Vaseem!

Absolutely Amazing in every way

The pictures give no justice to the beauty of this condo and even more amazing is the spectacular view and the kindness of the owners. Communication was smooth and flawless! Beautiful Beach Getaway

We have stayed at this property once before, and we have never forgotten it! The location is amazing; a gorgeous ocean view from the living room, bedroom and balcony, beautifully decorated, with every amenity you could ever want. You can easily walk to breakfast places, tiki bars, and some restaurants. But, best of all, the beach is right there for your relaxation and enjoyment. The owner, Vaseem, is amazing. She is very accommodating and goes the extra mile to make your visit memorable. We can't wait to go back!

A beautiful ocean front condo!

My husband and I stayed with our dog in this beautiful ocean front condominium. We had a wonderful stay. Vaseem’s home is clean, cozy and so relaxing. We loved being able to bring our dog with us. The large balcony really was amazing. I’m already planning to come back with friends! The only small areas for improvement were the couch and master bedroom mattress; both were not the most comfortable. Overall, we loved this condo and we were sad to leave!
