Featuring two master bedrooms with en-suites and a Queen Murphy bed in the living room, unwind in this tranquil community with a serene pool and hot tub area. Each Master Suite is furnished with a luxurious King Size bed and its own full bathroom. In the main space, a Murphy bed easily converts into a Queen bed, featuring a real full-size mattress. The adjacent powder room ensures added privacy for all guests. Guests will enjoy access to the tennis courts, community pool, hot tub, and BBQ area, in addition to the condo itself. Guests at our condo enjoy easy access to various amenities and attractions. Within a 10-minute walk, you'll find yourself on the beautiful beach. Tennis enthusiasts can take advantage of the on-site courts, while hiking trails beckon just beyond the golf course. While having a car is convenient, Uber offers a cost-effective option for exploring the area. Whether by foot, car, or rideshare, navigating Cabo Real is a breeze, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay for all. Smoking: As of January 2023, Mexico implemented one of the world's strictest anti-tobacco and anti-smoking laws. Consequently, smoking or vaping is prohibited in all public areas in Mexico, including our condominium complex. Smoking or vaping is strictly forbidden inside our home, on the patio, or near any of the condo units. Noise: Our community prioritizes tranquility and is family-oriented. We maintain a quiet environment and do not permit parties. Assistance with Your Stay: To ensure a seamless experience, we offer assistance with your arrival, including arranging for grocery delivery and airport pickup. Simply inform us of your needs, and provide your flight details for added convenience.
