We have stocked the home with everything you’ll need, no extra charges for basics or requests to bring your own essentials. Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body-wash, hand soap, coffee, creamer, sugar packets, and dishwasher tablets, at no extra charge. You can thank us later!

Bring your favorite people and some food to cook in the beautiful kitchen, or order in and unwind.

And don't forget to help yourself to the coffee station, it's perfect for your morning (or afternoon) pick-me-up!

You will find the dining room, featuring a large table with seating. It’s perfect for family meals, casual breakfasts, or game nights.

Living Room:
Whether you’re watching a movie, reading, or just chatting with your people, this space is designed for maximum comfort and warmth with an oversized sectional, additional comfortable chairs, and a TV.

Bonus Room:
An additional reading area with 2 recliners and a desk will provide ample space for those wanting some space or a work space away from home.

Featuring a plush King-sized bed, comfortable linens, and space to relax.

Two closets with motion sensor lights provide adequate storage.

Full Bathroom (1):
You’ll love the en suite bathroom attached to the Primary Bedroom.

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
A cozy space with a queen bed. It’s a quiet retreat that’s just steps away from bathroom 2. Complete with a closet and cozy chair.

Bedroom 3: Cali King
The room is cozy and quiet. A Cali King bed, full closet, and cozy corner chair.

Full Bathroom (2) :
The full bathroom is conveniently located across the hallway from Bedroom 2 & 3. It has everything you need - sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

After you have booked the property, we will send additional recommendations for additional attractions and restaurants.

1. This property is not pet-friendly. If unauthorized pets are found on the premises, we require their immediate removal and impose a non-refundable fee of $400. This may also result in the termination of your stay.

2. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. If any evidence of smoking is discovered, the guest agrees to a charge of $200 per day.

3. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Groups exceeding this limit will incur an additional charge of $30 per person, per night.

4. For your safety, the property is equipped with exterior cameras.
