Favorite Amelia Island Condo

We have stayed at this condo twice. We love it’s comfortable living and close proximity to the beach. It’s conveniently located close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Beautiful view and great place

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view and great location to pool and beach access so worked well with kids. Only negative was that the confo is last one in the property so takes awhile to get to it once you go thru security gate. Restaurants are longer drive if you want to eat off the Omni resort spots. Overall great condo and experience

We enjoyed our stay at Turtle Dunes! It was beautiful and a short easy walk to the beach or pool.

Our condo was perfect and beautiful. We enjoyed watching the dolphins everyday and taking long walks on the beach. We loved that the beach was not crowded and enjoyed the peacefulness each day. We would love to return!

Beautiful Condo in Turtle Dunes

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful Turtle Dunes/Amelia Island condo. It had everything we needed and the beds were extremely comfortable, which we consider important to us. We loved the ground floor location since we brought our pet, and it was lovely being steps from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The home is just as stated on vrbo. Fully furnished, great area, and waking to sun rising right from your bedroom is hard to beat! It was a wonderful time for all of us.

Most comfortable place in great location

We loved staying here and immediately booked next year. Clean, comfortable with many amenities. We had a great TV, comfortable bed, nice shower and bathroom, beautiful views, nice patios, friendly neighbors, very dog friendly. Not so good is the bathtub drain and the kitchen cabinets not the best.

Great spot at the Omni Plantation

We enjoyed this property. Being on the first floor with the large grassy area in front of us was very nice and good for our little dog. There is also a lot of outside covered space to enjoy, more than you would have on a balcony. The interior of the condo is a little tired but it definitely met our needs.

Great location

We think this is a perfect location for anyone who wants to stay on the Amelia Plantation. Our unit was on the ground floor which gave us excellent accessibility. A short drive provided great dining and, of course, you can also take a little longer drive to downtown. All in all, we’d be happy to rent this property again. We did have a minor glitch with the door-lock code but that was taken care of quickly.

We absolutely loved this place. It is tastefully decorated, very clean, and is extremely close to the ocean. We plan to rent again. We were disappointed to find that the sofa wasn't a sleeper sofa as described. Otherwise, it was great!

Beautiful Retreat

This was such a lovely condo and perfect for our short visit to Amelia Island! We loved being on the ground floor with such a beautiful front lawn just off the porch. Just steps from the pool and beach, this made it very convenient to run in and out without missing much fun time at the water! We had everything we needed in the condo for cooking and entertainment. condo was very nice. unit was clean. all of the furnishing were of a good quality. had one call to ryan which was answered within an hour of our question. loved the ground floor, pool was nice, beach was exceptional. would probably stay here again

Great facility and location

Roomy, well appointed and beach access was outstanding Difficulty with front door lock was a distraction Primary uncertainly is details of pricing. Started out at less than $4000, but ended up at $5000. Difference was several separate undefined taxes and add on fees. Did not find nearly as much add one on other units in this complex. Seemed like just added items to increase total amount We would be interested in renting same time next year for two or more weeks, but not without understanding the tax and fees

When initially booking through VRBO, you can click on "view details" underneath total price quote for your trip dates and it will provide you an itemized breakdown before you click "book now". After booking, our team is also very intentional about providing this same pricing breakdown again on our electronic rental agreement sent via email. We see you signed that the day of your booking, so that hopefully would clear any questions up.
