There will be construction on buildings 1 and 2 but there will be no construction on our building 3 where Ocean Place 86 is located. Building 2 (which is next to building 3 will be under construction through May 18th. We have discounted the rental rates during this period since you will not have access to a pool and the nearby buildings will be under construction.

🚘 Parking Note –
During July 4th week and the Concours Car Show (early March), only one parking pass is allowed per unit due to limited availability. No restrictions apply during other times of the year.
