This is a two story townhouse with one bedroom, one bathroom, laundry, kitchen, living room and access to the back patio on the first level. The second level has two additional bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Each bedroom has a queen size bed.
Staircase has safety railing but is not suitable for young children to be left unattended. Built in baby gate is installed and can be utilized to prevent children from accessing upstairs.
