Perfect Vacation Location

My family and I had a wonderful time on our vacation and it is in large part to the amazing place we stayed. The house was PERFECT and the Pool was SO Nice! If we could do this all again we would stay right here again!

Wonderful Stay

My husband, 2 daughters and 2 friends stayed at this lovely, clean, comfortable, pool home. We were in Vero for our son’s wedding! What a great and precious time we all had. I would stay at this home again!

The home was amazing! We love this neighborhood and have stayed in multiple houses on the same street. This one was my favorite! The pool area is awesome. Rooms are very well furnished. Neighbors are super cool. The owners are super attentive. We had an issue with the tandem bike and they delivered another tandem and two additional bikes once they knew we had more kids. I'll be back for sure!

Neighborhood is full of wildlife!
Wabasso Beach sunrise just a few minutes drive from the house.

It's so hard to know where to start!We had never visited Florida for Christmas before,but our visit here was hands-down one of the best vacation decisions we have ever made!Not only is Sebastian a quiet and beautiful place,this rental is an absolute dream come true. Clean and open, well-stocked, and the POOL! We spent the majority of our time in it! The outside temp was on average 75 during the day, and the pool water held in the upper 80s, making the experience enjoyable and super relaxing.Craig is also the perfect host -- super communicative at every turn!We cannot wait to come back!

The house was perfect for my elderly mom and dogs and me. The yard is fully fenced, which was perfect. The screened-in front porch was a nice bonus for my mom and dogs to hang out.

Kind property manager and amazing owner

We evacuated from hurricane Milton and stayed at this beautiful home. The property manager was beyond kind and the owner went above and beyond to make us comfortable during uncertain times. We were thankful for the save haven. Our kids loved their rooms, all the stocked games and tandem bike. We had everything we needed and more for our few day stay. The neighborhood is safe, clean and perfect distance from the beach.

Perfect Vacation

From the moment we decided to book this home, our experience has been fantastic! The owner of the hime, Melissa was always quick to respond to questions and her property manager Craig made our trip perfect! He gave us recommendations for eating out, swapped out bikes when the ones we were given had bad tires, recommended things to see and do, and just made us feel like we could ask him anything! The house and neighborhood are beautiful and in an amazing location! It was such a great trip, we’re planning another longer trip at Christmas!

Serenity in Blue

The property is situated in a nice quiet neighborhood only a few minutes from grocery store, drug store, bank and a library.The fenced-in yard, great heated pool, comfortable furniture, and a pleasant screened-in porch made our stay enjoyable. As always, Craig the manager, was quick to respond. The owner Melissa, was very helpful in obtaining a reclining chair for us.

Perfect snow birding

Three months in perfectly described house. Absolutely no issues. Area was excellent. Many, many trails. Many local preserves, Florida, and National. We went 21 days before repeating a trail. Restaurants are good. On the water or not. No traffic. No crowds. Day trips could include NASA Cape Canaveral, MLB, DisneyWorld, The Everglades….although Sebastian is defined as northern edge of original Everglades. Highly recommended.

Will be back!

My overall opinion of this place is very nice and we will definitely be back. The house was decorated nicely and looked like the photos. Bathrooms were simple/basic, but clean. Kitchen was nicely stocked with a variety of small appliances, dishes ( glass/plastic) stainless pots and pans, baking dishes and cutlery. This is a plus for me because I cook most of our meals when we vacation in this area. The pool was very nice clean and well maintained and so were the grounds. The house is close to our family and everything like beach and restaurants are within a 30 minute drive. My Favorite beach, Sea-grape Trail Beach is a 15 minute drive. We found a great new restaurant. Francesca’s Italian Kitchen, in Vero beach was amazing! I am a particular person so there were some things that could definitely be improved upon in order to make my stay more enjoyable, but they would not deter me from coming back. We had some issues with a shower head and some sheets that were not quite clean but the care taker was very responsive and they were resolved. The mattresses (low grade) were not very comfortable but this is a individual experience and I did not include that in my rating. I hope that some of the things I mentioned to the care taker will be corrected as this would be beneficial to the owner and future guests. I would recommend this house to families or friends. Thank you.

Excellent family vacation home!

This property met all of our needs as a family with two kids (9 and 7). My kids loved the ample pool toys, ample beach toys, and the new experience of riding a tandem bike! The property was clean and well-stocked with things like dishwasher pods, soap, beach and bath towels, good toilet paper, paper towels, everything really. The Golden Sands Beach was about 10-15 minutes away and an awesome beach. Having the screened-in pool onsite was perfect - we could visit with our local family while the kids swam and easily came in and out. Then they also had a fenced in yard to play in. It was a really nice property and the owner was very very easy to communicate with and let us know about other perks like how to change the color of the lights in the pool at night. Highly recommend!

Quiet Neighborhood

The home was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and the pool area is very relaxing. Check in and out was very easy and Craig the property manager was very responsive. We had a minor issue after check out that was totally our fault and Craig went above and beyond to resolve the issue.

Quiet & Peaceful Thanksgiving

Home was very nice! As described in the listing. Brought family down for Thanksgiving and Craig was great with accommodating some special needs for us to make our Thanksgiving meal at the house. The pool is awesome and the Lanai keeps all the bugs out, which means we spent most of each day outside by the pool. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful house!

We absolutely loved this rental! The property manager Craig was fantastic, great communications and very attentive to all our needs, including buying a handicap shower chair for us to use - Everthing we could possibly of needed was there - The house was perfect, very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable! We are hoping to rent this house on our next trip in the spring.

We will be back.

This property was perfect. It has everything we were looking for and very clean. The pool was wonderful and my dog enjoyed the fenced in yard. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for some bike riding. We were also close to the beach and to the park to play some tennis. We had a wonderful time and we will be back very soon!

Quiet Location close to area beaches

Overall the house was as described. We had a few issues with certain things, but decided to look past it and just enjoy the weekend. The pool was great, although it was not completely private, as people from the house to the right can see right over the fence directly into the yard/pool/patio areas.

Great House

We stayed here for a week and by far one of the best properties. Home is very nice, love the colors !!! The property manager was very attentive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed help. We forgot something in the house and the manager was so nice to drive to drop it off. We would definitely stay here again !!
