Since your visit was just for one night, we’ve already jumped in and fully repaired the cabinet and refrigerator handle. Regarding the hot tub, we wish we’d heard from you during your stay, as we likely could have resolved the settings or heating issue on the spot! For our future guests, we’ve since verified the hot tub is functioning perfectly and holding its temperature at a steady 102°F (or your preferred max temp). We always encourage our guests to reach out immediately with any concerns—no matter how short the stay—so we can make things right in the moment. We hope to have the chance to host you again for a seamless five-star experience!

I want to sincerely apologize that the hot tub wasn't quite ready for a soak on your first evening. We perform a professional maintenance service after every guest stay to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety. For your specific arrival, this included a full drain and fresh refill. Because this was completed just before your 4:00 PM check-in, the fresh water needed a few hours to reach its optimal temperature, and we were glad to have it fully heated and ready for you by the following morning. We appreciate your patience while it reached the ideal temperature, and we hope the rest of your trip was a relaxing one. We would love to host you again in the future!
