Sie werden diese wunderschön eingerichtete, komfortable und saubere Wohnanlage in Westwind lieben. Wir sitzen direkt am Strand mit herrlichem Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko, 939 West Beach Blvd - 1. 2 Meilen westlich von Hwy 59 (Gulf Shores Parkway) in Gulf Shores.

Mit nur 30 Einheiten im Gebäude ist es einfach, den Pool und die Grillmöglichkeiten am Golf zu genießen. Der Zugang zum Strand ist ein einfacher Spaziergang über die Strandpromenade, wo Sie saisonale Stühle und Sonnenschirme mieten können. Machen Sie einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand zum Gulf Shores Main Beach, um Orte wie den Hangout und das Pink Pony zu erkunden, und genießen Sie die Elemente eines perfekten Urlaubs.

Great Views, but lacked adequate parking and cleanliness

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was great for ocean views,but parking was difficult, not enough space for our car and if you came back late, you may not get a parking space at all at the complex. The unit itself could use some updating and lacked cleanliness. We will not stay again in this unit.

Location directly on the beach. Wonderful view. The unit could prob use a deep cleaning.(I moved a bedroom nightstand slightly in order to plug in my charger and there was an old empty water bottle and candy wrappers underneath it). The living room clock on the wall is broken. Not that these are huge deals—- we went for the beach! The first night we arrived the elevator was broken. I believe it had something to do with the storm that was moving through the area. 6 flights of stairs with luggage and groceries was a chore. This was no fault of the owners though and it was fixed the next day. Adding a hair dryer to the bathroom if possible would be great. We’ve stayed in this building a couple of times (different unit), and the parking is always tough. Smallish parking area in front with small spaces and little room between cars- so if you have a large vehicle - be aware. There are additional spots under the building but it’s designated as owner parking only. Check in and check out was simple. No issues there.

The kids had an absolute blast too! It’s in the perfect location, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and of course, the beach.The owner was amazing to work with and made everything so easy from start to finish.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and can’t wait to come back! Bare Minimum

Not the best. Be prepared to find somewhere else to park, got only one parking pass for six people. Also plan on bringing extra toilet paper, towels and other supplies which would normally be provided. Don’t think one roll is enough for six people over four days. Overall not a terrible property but very inconvenient in terms of parking and having to worry about basic amenities. Would not recommend

Hello! Thank you for the review. This unit sleeps 4 adults and 2 children but it is noted in the description that only one pass is allowed. We also send e-mail reminders of what is given in paper products to guests. We supply one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one trash bag per trashcan in the unit. We also provide small dish soap and hand soaps for each bathroom as well. At Gulf Shores Rentals, we are always looking to improve our properties to ensure an enjoyable stay for our guests. Water was leaking from above the stove and in the ceiling. The sheets were rough and mattress was not ideal. Lots of noise during the night and light shining into the bedroom from the hallway. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I very much enjoyed my first trip to Gulf Shore. It was largely due to the condo being just a great place to stay. I appreciated that it wasn't a high rise with huge parking lot and tons of people coming and going. The condo was clean and very nice and the perfect size. The balcony made morning coffee especially enjoyable as it was so close to the water and I sat and watched the dolphins each morning. The only complaint we had (if you can call it that) is that the television in the bedroom was very difficult to watch. It seemed to lag a lot even though it was connected to the wifi. I like to sleep with the tv on for white noise and it was annoying that it wouldn't stream Netflix or any other app consistently. It seemed very outdated. Otherwise the niceness and cleanliness was spot on. I am very happy with our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the cost of this rental, there are much better options available. The unit, although fairly clean with a nice view, was very dated and could use upgrades and repairs to the bedroom window (uninsulated + cracked window pane), appliances (old stove, rusted/dirty refrigerator), and bathroom (tub fixtures are old, doesn’t drain + loud dripping noise that doesn’t subside). In addition, there are baseboards/walls that need repair and the walls are extremely thin. I heard my neighbor snoring as if he were in the same room, along with entire conversations. All-in-all, the 4 days in this unit did not meet my expectations and I would steer clear of staying here again.

If a condo is not up to par, we can send housekeeping or maintenance out to address the issues. We cannot fix what we are not aware of. All maintenance and housekeeping issues will be passed along to that department to be corrected. All update suggestions will be sent to the appropriate party. Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience started shaky and ended that way. The elevator was not working properly when we got there. We thought we'd have to carry everything up 8 flights but after about 10 minutes the doors finally opened (still wasn't sure I wanted to get in).The morning of our depwas different. The elevator didn't work at all. Made a call to GSR to report. Don't know how long it took to repair. My 70 yo husband had to make 4 trips down 8 flights of stairs with our things and back up. Not good! Other than that the unit itself was clean & sufficient. Location was great. Love GSR's Stay & Play package.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Westwind 602 is a very comfortable condo with an amazing view of the Gulf and everything needed to fully enjoy a stay in Gulf Shores. It is conveniently located in the heart of Gulf Shores, while still being far enough away from the hustle and bustle to avoid heavy traffic and beach crowds. The condo was very clean and well-maintained throughout. It has been updated and looks very modern, while still having that cozy beach house feel. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Gulf Shores any time of the year!
