Inside, the home features a remodeled, open-concept layout that honors mid-century design. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together, creating a spacious gathering space filled with natural light. All bedrooms include hotel-quality linens, flat-screen TVs, and ample storage. The Master Suite has a King bed, en suite bathroom, and direct access to the backyard. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the guest rooms share a second bathroom.
Set within a quiet neighborhood, this home feels like a retreat while keeping you close to everything you might wantâwhether thatâs dining, shopping, or exploring all that Palm Springs has to offer.
THINGS TO KNOW:
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending
-Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fee of $450/month will apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-Pool Heat is an optional fee to be paid after booking. One day notification is required in order to heat the pool, a fee of $80/day with a 3 day minimum will be required to turn on pool heat. Guests can contact Sunny Days after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Please note taxes and processing fees apply.
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented at a variable-option cleaning rate
-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total
-Please note the pet fee in your booking is 'per pet'. If you're booking more than 1 pet, the additional pet fee of $155 (plus tax) will be required to be paid after booking.
-You will find parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles
