All dies in diesem 800 Quadratmeter großen, atemberaubenden Haus mit Schaufenstern, freiliegenden Holzbalkendecken, der neuesten Haustechnik, einer großen Küchenzeile, Granittheken, in der Dusche und ein privater Pool & Spa! Dieses Haus ist unglaublich wunderschön, mit einem Sichtschutzzaun, bewachten Parkplätzen, einem Grillplatz und atemberaubenden Ausblicken auf die Berge! Sie haben es einfach verdient! Sie werden in diesem Haus so nah an der Innenstadt erstaunt sein! Sie werden dieses atemberaubende Stück Palm Springs niemals verlassen wollen!

Sie haben auch eine eigene Fernbedienung, mit der Sie Ihr Auto neben Ihrem Haus hinter einem selbstschließenden Tor parken können. Sie können gerne Freunde zu einer kleinen Party oder zum Grillen einladen. Alle Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Sie bringen nur das Essen und fangen an zu grillen!

Das Haus ist VOLL TECHNOLOGIE von Alexa bis hin zu einem Nest-Thermostat und regelt sogar die Temperatur des Spas direkt von einem drahtlosen Tablet im Haus aus!

Das Haus hat ein fantastisches Ambiente mit Blick auf einen beheizten Pool und ein Spa.

Das Haus verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit Memory-Schaum-Matratze und Bambus-Kissen. Es gibt auch eine Couch im selben Raum, die für ein Kind oder einen Erwachsenen genutzt werden kann. Das Haus ist voll von schönen modernen Möbeln, um Ihnen das wahre Palm Springs-Erlebnis zu bieten. Das Traumhaus ist komplett von einem Sichtschutzzaun umgeben, der Ihnen während Ihres Aufenthalts absolute Privatsphäre bietet!

** Die Poolheizung wird in den Monaten November - Dezember - Januar - Februar - März berechnet (Einzelheiten siehe ZUSÄTZLICHE BESTIMMUNGEN). Die Zahlungsaufforderung wird mindestens 2 Wochen im Voraus gesendet.

POOL HEAT OPTIONALE GEBÜHREN
Für die folgenden Monate wird eine Poolgebühr von 35 USD pro Tag erhoben.
(Mitte August, November - Dezember - Januar - Februar - März - April) bis 80 Grad wird die folgende Gebühr erhoben;
* Poolheizkosten, die vom Pentair-Softwareprogramm während Ihres Aufenthalts erfasst werden.
* Die Kosten für die Poolheizung werden eine Woche vor dem Check-in per E-Mail mitgeteilt.
* Die Zahlung muss vor dem Check-in erfolgen.

The Dream Home is an exceptional property. The heated pool and hot tub are incredible. The home is equipped with everything you need to have a great time. The host is very friendly and immediately solves any issues. We have rented many properties, but none compares to this one. We definitely will come back to Palm Springs and rent this again.

First off- the hosts were amazing to work with. The property itself is exactly what you see. Think a New York style flat, well positioned, appointed, and super comfortable! Location is really convenient, safe and secure parking behind a gate, and is close to where you want to be, with a 5-10 min drive to downtown. Restaurants and shopping a quick drive away. The setup is good, location for a home base makes it work well.

This truly is a dream home. We absolutely loved our stay. The home is secure and gated. The pool, and hot tub, (insert flamingos and cactus) are spectacular. It was a true and peaceful oasis perfect for our 22nd anniversary. The home had everything we needed, lots of towels, a fully stocked kitchen with three ways to make coffee. The outdoor grill was a nice amenity too. We also had the piece of mind our two little dogs were in a safe and secure home. This mid century home is thoughtfully decorated with curated art, including beautiful plants throughout. Great private house and pool. Well stocked and thoughtful with anything you need. The pool and outside area are absolutely fantastic! The design details throughout are also truly special and second to none. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back. Thanks Dream Home for a dream vacation!!

5 STARS!! GREAT GUESTS! As Tina Turner might say, "SIMPLY THE BEST!!!!." Corrie and her partner were AMAZING throughout their stay at The Dream Home. They are very well organized, super FRIENDLY, very detailed in their instructions, and VERY RESPONSIVE! This couple left home in IMMACULATE condition and treated the house with respect. Our team would highly recommend Corrie to any VRBO host ANYWHERE in the WORLD! Thank you both for an AMAZING VRBO EXPERIENCE and for letting us play a small part in your vacation! Sunmor Estates is a neighborhood in Palm Springs built in 1955 by developer Bob Higgins, designed by Donald Wexler (also known for designing the Palm Springs International Airport) and Richard Harrison. Wexler and Harrison designed the first 11 homes in the area. The Alexander Construction Company took over the development in 1957 and brought in William Krisel to design homes in adjacent land tracts (known as the Alexander Homes). Two tracts were added later in 1960, designed by Jack Meiselman, and in 1962, with a small number of homes that differ from the first two tracts. There are 141 homes in the Sunmor Estates area.

Sunmor gets its name because the neighborhood receives more sun than homes closer to the mountains. Liberace and Gloria Swanson owned homes in the Sunmor Estates area, as did former Palm Springs “cowboy mayor” Frank Bogert, who was an actor, rodeo announcer, and author, and served as the Mayor of Palm Springs from 1982-1988, when singer Sono Bono replaced him.

"We had the most fantastic stay at this Palm Springs gem! The house is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel welcome by meeting us in person with the keys and giving a quick tour to show us how everything worked (including the grill and hot tub, which we definitely made good use of!)
The pool was sparkling clean and perfect for lounging during the day, and the hot tub was a dream in the evenings. The yard is spacious, private, and so peaceful. We brought our pup along and appreciated how secure the property was; it gave us total peace of mind.
Inside, everything was spotless. The bedding was super comfortable, there were plenty of extra towels, and every detail was well thought out. The neighborhood is quiet and charming, but still just a few minutes from downtown and all the restaurants.
We already can’t wait to come back and will book again!"

"I had a solo getaway to this home for 3 days, and I was sad when it came time to leave. The home is the epitome of perfection, and the host is so friendly. Every detail in Steven’s modern home is truly impeccable, and I still kept finding new little details even on my last day. The decor, paint, and numerous lighting options create a lively atmosphere indoors. The pool area felt like my own personal resort, looking out to the stunning mountains.
