Briar House is a newly updated, five bedroom home centrally located to all the High Country has to offer!

Our home features 5 bedrooms and sleeps 14. Central AC and heat keep you comfortable year round!

You'll enter the house from the upper deck. Here you'll find a hot tub, gas grill, and large table for outdoor dining! Step into the entryway with plenty of racks for all your gear no matter the season.

Off the main entryway is a king bedroom connected via a door and a bathroom to another large bedroom with a queen bed and two twin over twin bunks. The ensuite bath includes a large vanity and a tub/shower combo. It's the perfect setup for families traveling with littles... keep them close by but have your own space too!

Watch your favorite shows and movies from bed on our Smart TVs located in most bedrooms and the main living areas... feel free to log in to any of the apps you enjoy at home! (guests must provide their login info).

The open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen ensures no one is cut off from the action no matter what space they're in! Cozy up on the couch in front of our gas fireplace or have dinner with the family at our large farmhouse style table.

Enjoy cooking your meals on vacation? Our fully stocked kitchen has all that you'll need! We supply all dishware, glassware, utensils, and plenty of cookware as well. We have both a k cup and drip coffee maker. Wine glasses, a microwave, a full-sized electric oven and range, and a crock pot are all available for you to use.

The hall bathroom has a full-size washer and dryer if you need to get some laundry done or dry out that wet ski gear! A double vanity and large walk in shower complete this bathoom.

At the end of the hallway you'll find one queen bedroom with a dedicated workspace, and another king bedroom with an ensuite walk in shower bathroom.

Head down to the lower level for another large living space with a cozy sectional couch, gas fireplace, a bar with a wine cooler, and a shuffleboard table!

The lower level bedroom is located just behind the bar. This room has a queen bed and an ensuite bath with a walk in shower. This bedroom also has a small, private deck area... perfect for a quiet morning coffee or a glass of wine.
