The Hideout - is a residential community nestled in the Pocono Mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania. Containing state-of-the-art facilities, and over 250 acres of pristine woodlands for preservation in its natural state for all. Everyday essentials are a short drive in nearby Hamlin, Hawley, and Honesdale, while bigger adventures like Lake Wallenpaupack, Promised Land State Park, Kalahari, and Camelback are easy day trips. Rideshare is limited in the Poconos, so a car is recommended, and community quiet hours (10pm–8am) help keep the neighborhood peaceful.

If you arrive with a car, you will be happy to know that there is driveway parking for 6 vehicles (HOA rules: no street/grass/RV/trailer parking; all vehicles must be registered or on Guest list notes). This form must be returned at least 2 days prior to your check-in date. A $100 late fee will be charged by the HOA if the form is submitted less than 2 days before arrival.
✔ Amenity Fees: Please note that the community charges guest fees for the use of certain amenities (like the fitness center or sports complex) and for equipment rentals. These fees are paid directly to the community administration.
✔ Check-in: All guests must present a valid ID at the security gate upon first entry.
