It was a great place for us as we had 5 couples in for a wedding. Driving by the drive way was the biggest problem we had, that may be operator error. Enjoyed our time. Easy access into town and it was nice to sit on the deck at night and view the stars.

This is the second summer we've stayed at this property. It is perfect for us, our three children/spouses, and our six grandchildren. It is the perfect combination of a "cabin in the mountains feel" and "all the comforts of home". It's location close to Shadow Mountain Lake, Grand Lake, and Rocky Mountain National Park is ideal for all the activities that we all enjoy.

Enjoyed our stay. Location is great in a beautiful setting. House is very spacious, great for multiple families. Kitchen is a bit tight but well equipped. Would stay there again.

Nice place for a big family!

We have a family of 11 with some married couples and the house was perfect for our crew. Comfortable living areas on each of the 3 floors allowed our family to be together but also have some separate space. Convenient to RMNP and the sweet little town of Grand Lake.

We had 3 families and room to spare in this beautifully updated and comfortable property! Great location, amazing views, great amenities, and the process was seamless from booking, to our stay, all the way through check out! We will definitely be booking this property again and again!

Wonderful house and location

This house is GORGEOUS! The location to town and RMNP and the peacefulness of the mountains can’t be beaten. Kids have already asked if we can come back and we haven’t left yet.

Weekend Stay

We had a great weekend stay here with our family of six and our friends family of six. It is an absolutely beautiful area where we saw moose right in the neighborhood. The house was in great order and very clean. This was the second time we had been there and would go again for sure!

Great family home

This cabin was large enough so that our group of ten was able to spread out. There was room for many activities at once and we never felt like we were in each other's way. The kitchen was extremely well appointed. We enjoyed our special family time there enormously. Thank you!

Beautiful , spacious property with attentive owners

This vacation home has recently been updated with beautiful features. It is very spacious and accommodating of larger groups if needed. The location is great with breathtaking views of the lake just a few steps up the hill. The owner Sheila was so helpful and thoughtful. We will absolutely be back some day!

Annual Family Vacation

Division of bedrooms was perfect for our family as boys stayed in loft; 2 sets of parents down below as well as the two girls; grandparents and younger son and wife stayed on main floor. Picnic table good for our large group. Lots of outdoor balconies to enjoy. Returning from long days in the park - played pool and cards in the evening.

Absolutely beautiful

It was a beautiful cabin with more than enough space for 12 people. It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. It has amazing views and is in a wonderful location. We can’t wait to go back. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. She went out of her way to make sure that our stay was fantastic and that we were able to make it home safely.

Mountain Christmas

The cabin was warm and cozy while being spacious enough for our whole family. The host was very prompt to respond to our questions. She also had some very thoughtful unexpected comforts and information on how to acclimate to the altitude.

IT WAS PERFECT!!!

This house was perfect for our family!! We had three different families stay with kids and we had plenty of room for everyone!! The house was gorgeous, as well as, the view!!! The owner Sheila was more than accommodating! She helped with dinner recommendations and activities to do while we were there! She also made sure the driveway was clear, even with all the snow that they got!! I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a great time in the mountains and not have to worry about anything!! Thank you Sheila for making our family vacation the best yet!!!

Gorgeous was Gorgeous

Gorgeous views and home at this beautiful Grand Lake! Everything you could ask for and more in amenities...fully stocked kitchen with new appliances; large, comfy great room with dining table that easily seats 10 adults; 4 king-size comfy beds with the softest sheets; washer and dryer; game room with pool table and theater area; and a loft that could easily sleep 4 along with another bedroom in the basement. The location is a short distance from the quaint town of Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. We enjoyed snowshoeing and trekking along the Adams Falls Trail, Colorado River Trail, and Doe River Trail. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home, great for gathering with family

Very comfortable, spacious home with many different gathering areas inside and outside. We stayed there with cousins, and it was a perfect size for both privacy and togetherness. We loved the porch and fire pit area. The teenagers loved the pool table and the downstairs hang out space. Grand Lake is great.

Wonderful Grand Lake Property

This is our second time to stay in this property. It is always well stocked and clean. The location is great for kids to play in the neighborhood and taking long walks without having to get into the car.
