In the winter, you are minutes away from 100+ miles of snowmobiler paradise in the Rocky Mountain National Park & world class ice fishing. You're also only 25 minutes away from Ski Granby Mountain (known for family skiing), 38 minutes from Winter Park/Mary Jane Ski Resorts, and 1.5 hours from Steamboat Springs Ski Resort. The house is conveniently located just 5 miles from Grand Lake Village where you can enjoy the charming rustic town with wooden walkways, and plenty of local shops, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. In the summer you can rent a motorized boat, peddle boat, kayak, canoe or SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) to get out on Grand Lake!
