Welcome to GuestReady Essential in Manchester Tower, Dubai a secure building with hotel-quality amenities and services, just 20-minutes away from Downtown Dubai.

Our apartment is composed of:
- A living room with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and a coffee table.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, oven, microwave, electric kettle, and a washing machine. You can dine on the bar counter right by the kitchen.
- A bedroom with a queen bed that will be made up with hotel-quality linen, side tables with night lamps, and a large wardrobe that you can make use of to keep your belonging.
- A small balcony with a sitting area that overlooks the buildings and Dubai Marina.
- Access to shared facilities in the building: The swimming pool, and gym.

Fresh towels and bedsheets are provided, along with complimentary toiletries, cleaning, and sanitization before your arrival.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

A Note for Expectations:

Our essential homes are designed with practicality in mind. Given the central location, you may encounter light city noise—this area is lively. Additionally, the city can get quite dusty, and despite cleaning, the balcony can get dusty again really quick.

Manchester Tower is one of the earlier developments in Dubai Marina, and while it offers a fantastic central location, it does show some signs of age. The building's plumbing and ventilation system is not as modern as newer properties, so occasionally, you may notice some smells in the property.

We believe in being upfront so you can plan your stay with the right expectations—and still enjoy the comfort, convenience, and hospitality that GuestReady Essential provides.

This property is managed by GuestReady on behalf of its owner, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 if you need any help during your visit. As this is a personal home, we kindly ask that you treat it with care.

The apartment building is in a great location for business travellers, families and holiday goers. Right by the Dubai Marina, you can find plenty of things to do in the area itself. You could also head over the Dubai Marina mall, only 10-minutes by car, for grocery and leisurely shopping. Marina Beach and Skydive Dubai are all in the vicinity. There are also plenty of restaurants within a 10-minute drive from the building.

The Dubai Marina Walk, a 10-minute drive away, which lines the waterfront has a selection of cosmopolitan restaurants while the palm tree lined boardwalk serves as a link between the many towers in the development, the gardens and the marina.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App is available in the city.

DXB Airport is 25 mins away by car.
Marina Walk is just 10 mins away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 20 mins away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 20 mins away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 10 mins away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
