We thought the cottage was absolutely adorable and so clean! It was in a great area of town and within walking distance of so many fun restaurants and coffee shops. The host was wonderful, and they truly thought of every little detail, which made our stay that much better. We really loved it!

This cottage is the perfect, cute little place to stay! Major upgrades but still old cottage feel. Shower and tubs are amazing! Great host and responses. I would definitely stay here again!

The cottage was close to UAMS as well as places to eat and shop for groceries if you would like to cook. The kitchen was well stocked with beautiful dishes. I sat at the table and just looked around! The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels. I will definitely be staying there in the future.

Myself and my wife really loved this home. It was very clean, comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The host is very helpful and informative and has equipped the home with every amenity that you may need or want. I would most definitely recommend this property to potential travelers/visitors and personal friends. I hope this property available the very next time myself and my wife travel to LR. I would definitely love to stay there again.

The bathroom wasn’t clean; trash in can, floor was filthy, toiled seat, sink, and tub all dirty. The bedroom had sticky countertops with trash from the pervious guest. Needs a deep clean to address the debris in the floor and corners. Dishes in the dishwasher from previous guest. Windows unlocked in living and bedroom. Doors are tricky to lock and watch out for finishing nails on the back door. Owner offered to come and clean, but was just over it. Left a day early because dirty is something I don’t tolerate.

We are sorry u were so unhappy. We did try our best to please you. We did offer early access. We offered to come back and clean. We clean before every guest. We use a concentrated cleaner on the floors that if not watered down enough can feel sticky. We offered to come back fix this and clean again. You did not want us to come. The front door is coded and most people find it easy to unlock. The back door has a deadbolt and security door that is pretty straightforward. We have had people accidentally activate the auto lock mechanism on that door so we do have a note on the door explaining the lock. We did have a few clean dishes in the dishwasher. It happens from time to time. We were rushing to allow early assess to the property. We will certainly look in the corners and see what we can find.

Staying at the cottage was perfect for us. Comfy, convenient, location. Will definitely plan on staying there again. The master bath is a spa experience. After showering you can sink into a very comfy bed or go out for a delicious meal.

This is a cute little little spot that was perfect for our long weekend in Little Rock. It's super convenient to the interstate and many dining options are 10-15 minutes away. There is also a Kroger supermarket within easy walking distance. It was great fir our stay! Hope Its available next time we're in the City.

The house was immaculate. There was everything you could possibly need if you want to cook. Cupboards are high but there is a step stool. I was excited that they had plenty of TP, trash bags, paper towels and even had some water ready in the fridge. There were plenty of towels. It is a cute house and eclecticly decorated.I was surprised at the neighborhood. It didn{t look like a place you would find a vrbo but it was very quiet and neighbors were fine.They only draw back for us was the bed, it was soft and I had to use a stool to get in it. It is a matter of preference. Bring your own pillows if you like flat ones.It was a neighborhood that was no more than 20 minutes from most of the places we wanted to visit some 5 minutes.The Art museum was spectacular, the River Front walk and the trolley was fun.There are some small restaurants close by that are fun. We ate at one called Bossa Nova, Brasilian Cuisine, wonderful waiter and authentic food. I wish there was a list of those places, we found this by hit and miss.The hostess was very kind and willing to help us and answer questions.All and all we were happy with the place and the service.

Sometimes a hotel is nice… and sometimes you want something out of the box- an adventure! An escape from the grind of reality! You know you’ve chosen the right place when you start to write the review in your head the moment you walk in the front door. This little one bedroom bungalow is the epitome of the eclectic artsy feel of Hillcrest while offering charm, personality, comfort , and Southern Hospitality. The home is located within walking distance of the shops and dining of Hillcrest- or War Memorial. Parking is plentiful for two cars if needed and is easy in and out! The house has a charming living room, a large bedroom with open rafters and romantic chandelier! The bedding was wonderfully comfortable and cozy. The unique bathroom off the bedroom has a shower/tub area that is spa like and made me ponder the boredom of my own bathroom at home! Inside the wet area is a footed tub and a shower with 8 or more shower heads ! There was a charming kitchen complete with anything you could need from pots, pans, plates, gas stove , coffee maker accommodating both a cup or a pot , and I love a kitchen sink with a glass rinser! Why? WHY NOT!? We tend to sleep “hot” and the air conditioner was so nice when compared to hotel rooms where someone (certainly not us) seems to control how cool we can make our room! We were here for two nights and was absolutely enchanted- was like stepping in to a fairytale. - wish we could have stayed longer!

We enjoyed our stay here. Really thoughtfully decorated and we really liked the bathtub and upscale shower combination!The first day we couldn’t find any chopping knives or coffee mugs. The next day we found them clean in the dishwasher with other dishes…Note that the checkout time is 10am and a later checkout is a 50 fee.Thanks for hosting us!

An early check in was allowed at no charge. This however did not allow time to remove clean dishes from running dishwasher. Sorry for inconvenience. The 10 AM checkout was a normal notified posted given time at the start. A later checkout was optional for a fee.

The host, Connie was fantastic. She was in constant communication with us about anything we had asked her. The house was quaint and very cozy. Perfect for two people but I wouldn’t want more than two. The kitchen had everything you needed for anything you wanted to cook. The bedroom was as very comfortable as was the living room. The shower was second level. I’m looking into getting one for my bathroom.

Fast response. Clean house! Loved the bathroom! Very spacious. Lots of kitchen supplies if needed! The only complaint I would have, is there is a loft in the bedroom with no access?...So it makes it feel eerie, and the t v is too high in the living room for the placement.

That area above the closet is not a loft it is our heating and air conditioner system. I’m sorry that you feel it was “eerie” it is a very small home built at the turn of the century and it was before air conditioning so it was a challenge where to utilize the space. I’m sorry u wanted to crawl up there but that isn’t a place for guests just duct work for the home.

We had a very comfortable stay in a lovely furnished home. I am asthmatic and have allergies and I had absolutely no trouble in this clean home like I do at hotels. The host was very good and accommodating. If we ever return to Little Rock we’ll stay here again.
