We are pleased to supply our guests with a variety of essentials to elevate the comfort and value of our home. The property comes stocked with a generous supply of paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, hand soap, daily shower cleaner, designated make up towels), kitchen products (a variety of cleaning supplies, sponges, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags), and complimentary locally roasted coffee.

Base 9 Condos is located in the quiet south Breckenridge neighborhood of Warriors Mark, with easy access to Main Street and Breckenridge Ski Resort. It is a short five minute walk to downtown. The Quicksilver Lift is a ten minute walk away, or the free shuttle picks up right in front of the condo complex.

In the cozy living area, warm up in front of the gas fireplace and tune into your favorite TV shows through the smart TV apps or cable TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook meals for the whole family that can be enjoyed together in the dining area. Seating is readily available around the 6-person dining table.

At the end of an adventurous day on the mountain, put your skis/snowboards in the private ski locker (locked) located right outside the front door and make your way to the community hot tub (located behind the management office) for a relaxing soak. There is nothing better than relaxing in the hot tub and stargazing. **Please note that the hot tub closed in April, May, October, and November**

The condo is a short walk to the Stephen C. West Ice Arena where you can catch a local hockey game, or enjoy a skate on the ice yourself! During summer and fall, several hiking and biking trails are accessible close by. The High line Railroad Park is also a short walk away; a can't-miss for kids and adults alike to check out the trains and neighboring playground.

Extra perks include in-unit washer/dryer, large selection of board games and small outdoor deck space.
