An airy, open-concept space with floor-to-ceiling glass doors offering panoramic views of the pool, beach, and ocean. With ample seating and natural light, it’s the perfect spot for dining, board games, or simply soaking in the scenery.

No TV in the living/dining area, to help guests fully enjoy the view and unplug from screens.

Tropical Environment Notice

Puerto Rico is a lush, tropical island — and with that natural beauty comes a variety of insects. You may occasionally see ants, mosquitoes, moths, lizards or small geckos, especially in outdoor or open-air areas. We perform regular pest control and cleaning to minimize their presence, but please understand that spotting an insect or two is completely normal in this environment. We recommend keeping doors closed and food sealed to help prevent indoor visits!

Power Outages in Puerto Rico

Power outages are may happen on the island and can occur without warning. To help prepare for this, the property is equipped with a backup generator and clear instructions for use. Short-term outages that are not caused by natural disasters are considered part of normal life here and are not eligible for refunds. We appreciate your understanding as you enjoy this truly local and immersive experience.

Power Consumption Reminder

To help reduce energy use and support the island’s electrical grid, we kindly ask that you turn off the air conditioning units when not at home. Puerto Rico's power supply can be delicate, and your help in conserving energy—especially during peak hours—makes a meaningful difference. Thank you for being a mindful guest!

Cellular Service

Cell service may be limited in certain areas. Once connected to our WiFi, we recommend enabling WiFi calling on your phone for a stronger signal.


Streaming Services

All TVs are Roku-enabled. Please bring your own login credentials for streaming apps (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, etc.). TVs automatically log out guest accounts upon check-out for security.

Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking in case of unexpected delays or weather-related issues.

No Smoking
Smoking of any kind — including tobacco and e-cigarettes — is strictly prohibited inside the property.

Pets
Pets are not allowed at this time. Exceptions may be considered with prior approval.
