Das neu renovierte Haus, in der Nähe Ensenada liegt in Gehweite zum Strand und Schritte eine Handvoll von ausgezeichneten Restaurants und Bars. Nur eine kurze Fahrt (30 Minuten) vom lokalen Flughafen, Flughafen Rafael Hernandez (BQN) in Aguadilla oder 2 Stunden von der luiz munoz Flughafen (SJU) in San Juan.

Genießen Sie wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge jeden Abend von der Terrasse zurück oder sprechen einen kurzen Spaziergang die Straße hinunter zu den Zehen in das warme Wasser in den Schritten Strand zu tauchen. Nutzen Sie die Weltklasse-Schnorcheln und Tauchen in den Schritten Strand mit Schildkröten, exotische Fische und die größte Elkhorn Korallenriff in der Karibik. Perfect spot in Rincon

Property is in a great location in Rincon. You can go thru back gate and in a couple of blocks to the right you are at steps beach. A couple of blocks to the left, you are in the marina, which is a great beach spot too. There is some noice from the road, but besides that, we loved aour stay. Even our teenagers loved it. Pool was perfect after a full day at the beach. Keep mosquito zapper handy in the evenings. Thank you for sharing your home with us

Great Place

Our 3rd time staying in R Villa. Come to surf and enjoy the beach. Great property with everything you need. Can’t beat the location, easy walk to the marina and restaurants, plus 5-10 minutes to plenty of surf.

Wonderful stay!

The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is amazing. It’s a short walk to the beach and we swam in the pool every day. The back porch is lovely and a great place to relax in the evening. The decor was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. A few appliances could use a replacement (dishwasher, washing machine) but they worked and didn’t impact our stay at all. One of the best vacations of my life.

Better than the pictures

Great location, just a short walk to the beach & 5 minute drive from town plaza. The house was great, and owners were very responsive to issues like lightbulb going out in bathroom. The stay couldn't have been better. Great for family to relax and awesome spot to host a nice gathering. Can't wait to return!

Great house! Fantastic pool area!

The house was GREAT and just as pictured so you can book with confidence that you get exactly what you see. Everything from booking to checkin to checkout was seamless. The pool area was just fantastic. Really fantastic! Location was just slightly removed from downtown but still very close. The one thing to know is there was a bit of road noise especially at night and all of us found the mattresses a bit too firm for us but everyone likes something different and some will love them! The only con was the quality of communication from the management company during the stay. But overall I’d book here again and recommend others do as well.

Relaxing Haven

R Villa was very clean with comfortable beds and lots of amenities, such as a variety of condiments, shampoo, conditioner and soap. The bath towels were luxurious, plus it was nice to have plenty of beach/pool towels along with six very comfortable beach chairs. We enjoyed relaxing pool side after coming back from our many adventures. In the morning, we would see hummingbirds feeding on the flowers that surrounded the pool. We loved how we could walk through the back gate to get to beaches and restaurants. Such a perfect location. I would highly recommend staying at R Villa while visiting Rincon, Puerto Rico.

Another great visit

Our second stay at Villa R, and another wonderful week! The house is perfectly situated a five minute walk from the beach, as well as for walking into town. Restaurants aplenty to choose from, a couple of particularly good ones close by the marina beach. Snorkeling off Steps beach is great when the surf permits. The garden view from the house also makes it really relaxing to just stay home and hang out by the pool. Alison, the property manager, is very responsive by text to any minor matters that might arise. We'll definitely be back!

Clean updated home with gorgeous grounds in the best neighborhood of Rincon!

My family of 6 just returned from our yearly trip to Rincon. Allison’s home had everything we could want. The yard and pool were a hit with the kids and the breathtaking gardens with the adults. All kinds of amenities were available at the house and the distance from the beach was literally a two minute walk. R Villa will be my first choice when available. Thank you Allison!!

Spectacular experience!

We loved our time at R Villa! The area is 100% chill and laid back. The home, inside and out has everything you need! I loved reading about Leon, the property owner in the Welcome Guide. We would absolutely stay here again!! We will have to come back outside of summer so we can enjoy the garden and stand next door, I was sad it is closed for the summer but it makes sense. I walked to town every morning to get coffee from the corner bakery, and the locals are all so nice. Thank you for such a perfect place to stay on our first, but definitely not last, visit to Puerto Rico!

Incredible!

We had such a great family vacation! The villa was perfect for our family of 4. We loved having a pool and porch in the back. It was the perfect area to relax, read a book, swim, snack or nap. We loved walking down to the beach everyday to snorkel. Some of the best we have ever seen. The villa had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and comfortable. Allison and Leon were great host! I definitely recommend for a family, couple or even adult gatherings! My boys 5 and 7 said it was the best vacation ever...and we agree!

Leon has lived in Rincon for well over 15 years and has loved every minute of it. After moving from NYC to the beaches of Rincon, the view of palm trees never gets old. Being able to swim or surf everyday at Steps, Tres Palmas, or any of the beautiful surf spots, hear the coqui frogs singing at night with the waves crashing on the beach, watching the most spectacular sunset every night, and eating fresh fruit that falls off the trees in the neighborhood is amazing

The house is located next door to a spectacular local organic community garden with a food truck that rotates seasonally with different vendors.
