View from the balcony and living area was amazing. Unobstructed view of the beach and pool. Only downside of the property were the beds and pillows. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were very flat. Other than that now real complaints. A roll of paper towels to start would also be helpful.

While the living area furnishings were a bit dated they were clean and comfortable. I assume that last year’s two hurricanes and associated costs have delayed any living room cosmetic improvements which is understandable. The beds and bedding were very good. Both the bathroom and kitchen were updated and modern. The pool at this location was a pleasant temperature and was well maintained.

View from the room is incredible. Condo is extremely nice with the exception of the mattresses being too firm and the couches/chair needing updated. The room was really clean and the newly updated laundry to take credit cards was a welcome surprise. Had everything you’d expect in a condo rental.

Great place.

Great view, good location across from the John’s Pass shops. Pool was open, 2 new grills recently added. The amenities and furniture by the pool and patio are slowly coming back after the hurricanes but overall a good experience. The unit is updated and has everything you need. Traditional coffee maker, etc.

Winter stay

Overall condition was good. Construction all around due to the recent hurricanes. Great view and nice furnishings.The elevator was not working prior to our arrival but again they had just been thru two hurricanes.The parking spaces are not marked well but the parking lot will be resurfaced in 2025.We would return next year but they do not allow pets which is typical of beachfront properties.

September 2019 Stay

Condo #305 was so great! The view was amazing, cozy bed, plenty of closet space. Office staff also friendly. All areas were very clean at all times. The only issue is toilet not flushing properly and backing up a little. Everything else was great. We will definitely be back to this same condo again soon! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

I didn't want to be in a one elevator property. The elevator did break down but was repaired same day. The condo was very comfortable and the view exceptional. The mattresses were very very comfortable. The kitchen however needs work. The trim on doors and countertop are very rough.

Stuck in the 70"s with a great view

The property location to John's Pass and the view was amazing unfortunately the decor and amenities were lacking. The condo needs a full renovation and money spent on comforters, new toilet seat, etc. This is the first VRBO ( we have stayed in at least 6 or more) that did NOT have extra amenities like beach towels, beach chairs, plastic glasses since you could not have glass by the pool and just the little things that don't cost much but add value to your stay.

We had to buy the following provisions: paper towels, soap, toilet paper, salt & pepper. Also, there were no potholders, which made using the oven a dangerous proposition. The apartment was much quieter than others we have rented because it is not streetside. Appreciated having 2 beds.

All cooking g utensils,dishes and cutlery. The beds were excellent and I found comfortable and clean.The clothes washer and dryer were pay as you go and right outside your door.I whole heartedly reccomend this Unit (305 ). I will book it when I go back again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is great. The pool is one of the best qualities. I eill say there is not enough shade sround the pool. Love the location. The condo was clean and kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing was a pair of someone’s underwear we found under the bed. Yuk. The only thing is the bathroom. It’s very old and the sink faucet is really stiff. Otherwise love the condo and have booked for next year. Customer service was very helpful when we didn’t have a code 15 minute prior to check in. Friends that come every year recommended the Sandy Shores and we loved it. I would definitely recommend it.
