St. James Park Villa mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern in der wunderschönen Kingston Plantation, einer 145 Hektar großen Wohnanlage am Meer. Diese Erdgeschossvilla befindet sich in einer ruhigen Sackgasse in der St. James Park Gemeinschaft. Unsere Villa verfügt über Parkettböden im Wohnzimmer, im Esszimmer und in beiden Schlafzimmern. Die Küche und die Badezimmer sind mit Fliesenböden ausgestattet. Aktualisierte Schränke und Granitoberflächen in Küche und Bad, neue Edelstahlgeräte, 50-Zoll-Smart-Wandfernseher (mit Roku) im Wohnzimmer und 32-Zoll-Wandfernseher in beiden Schlafzimmern (2. Schlafzimmer mit Roku). Das geräumige Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit von der Küste inspirierten Betten. Das angrenzende Badezimmer verfügt über ein Doppelwaschbecken und eine Dusche / Badewanne, alle mit aktualisierten Armaturen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett und ein Doppelbett. Das zweite Badezimmer verfügt über ein Waschbecken und eine Dusche / Badewanne mit aktualisierten Armaturen. Unsere Villa hat einen privaten überdachten Carport nur wenige Schritte von der Haustür entfernt. Der Pool in St. James befindet sich direkt hinter unserer Hintertür. Ein Pool am Meer steht Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung und befindet sich zwischen den Türmen North Hampton und South Hampton. Der neue Fitness-Club steht Ihnen gegen eine geringe Gebühr zur Verfügung (78 Fitness), sowie ein neues, schönes Spa (Spa33), in dem Sie eine Reihe von Wellnessangeboten genießen können. Der Ozean ist ein kurzer, einfacher Weg, wo Sie eine 1/2 Meile von schönen breiten, weißen Sandstränden genießen können. Fühlen Sie sich frei, die Liegestühle und den Strandbedarf im Abstellraum vor der Haustür zu nutzen. Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive, sowie kostenloses WLAN. Entspannen Sie sich auf unserer privaten Terrasse, umgeben von schattigen Bäumen und gepflegten Gärten. Oder schlendern Sie zum See vor unserer Villa und genießen Sie die Ruhe und Schönheit der Plantage.

I’m sorry I cannot give a better review of Jessica’s stay, but upon check-out, our place reeked of smoke (pot) in our non-smoking unit. The stopper on our storm door is now damaged and needs to be replaced (no communication about this), and our brand new bedroom quilts are stained with red sauce. We’re just very glad our cleaning partner was there promptly upon check-out to thoroughly clean, air out, and replace stained linens. I understand accidents happen, but blatant disregard for the rental agreement rules is disappointing.

Lynn was an amazing host! She reached out ahead of time with checkin information via text. Communication was available any time I had a question & she even allowed us to extend our stay. Condo is located in a great area, close 5 minute walk to the beach & pools. We liked having the carport right outside of our front door. Beds were very comfortable & condo was clean. The kitchen was well equipped with all of the utensils, pans & gadgets that we needed. Keurig & traditional coffee pot were nice to have. Dish soap & laundry detergent were provided! Nothing was missing. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Lynn!

Wonderful Stay

So much good to say about this villa and especially the owners. Lynn was fantastic. She even remembered it was going to be my Wife’s birthday during our stay and wished her a happy birthday. Plus, they were very responsive and understanding when we decided to extend our stay (Twice!). Their villa is outstanding. Very clean, open, and very conveniently located with the pool right around the corner within walking distance. We will definitely stay again, and again, and again…ha,ha.

It was brought to my attention that a dog was in the villa during your stay. As outlined clearly in the rental agreement and house rules provided prior to your arrival (and to which you agreed), pets are strictly prohibited at Kingston Plantation and our property. Clearly, you are well aware of this restriction having visited Kingston for “40 years.” We are very disappointed that this rule was ignored and with the condition you left the property. I was unaware of the problem with the kick plate on the bedroom door. It will be repaired promptly.

Great condo is Kingston Plantation

I have stayed in Kingston Plantation a few times and Myrtle Beach generally several times. This is the best rental we have had anywhere. Maybe a five minute walk to the beach and 30 seconds to the pool. The condo was exceptionally clean, plenty of room for four adults and two children, and had everything we could possibly need for our trip. Lynn always provided me information before I thought about it and was quick to respond if I had a question. I would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in MB.

Wonderful family vacation

The location of this 2-bedroom villa was perfect - the St. James pool was right outside the door and the ocean and Apache Pier was a 5 minute walk. Shopping and restaurants were plentiful nearby. The villa was very clean and had all the things we needed to prepare our meals. It was nice to park the car in a covered carport as well. There is a lot of beach equipment available, including chairs and a cart to haul things to the beach. My granddaughter enjoyed the boogie boards and sand toys on our trips to the beach! The unit has updated bathrooms and A/C, and the beds were very comfortable. The updated kitchen was well stocked and the dining area was large and comfortable. Lynn is a great host and communicated very promptly with instructions that were easy to follow to make our check-in worry free. Highly recommend this unit and we will likely return.

Clean/beautiful home away from home

We have stayed in Kingston Plantation for many years. Usually, West Hyde Park or Richmond Park. However, this by far was our favorite stay and will hopefully be able to continue to stay for years to come. The property is exceptionally clean. At every other location we always had many problems with what they call Palmetto bugs but what we Ohioans call cockroaches lol -at this property we saw a couple outside and that was it. It was a huge relief. Not only was the property exceptionally clean but it is just beautiful. From the decor to the outside balcony that looks straight at the beautiful pool, we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Another thing that no other condo has provided us in the past is beach chairs or beach towels, along with laundry detergent dish soap etc. this property had everything. It was nice that they had a little area with paper and pens and scissors because you don’t realize how often you use scissors and don’t take them on vacation with you. The owners truly thought of everything before renting out their property. Also dealing with the owners was an absolute delight. They were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and providing details on arrival and departure. The neighbors were all extremely kind and like I said, a 10 second walk to the pool and a few minute walk to the beach really came in handy. This property by far was the cleanest but also the most beautiful location we have yet stayed in Kingston plantation. St. James Park is definitely one of the nicest areas of Kingston plantation and we have wanted to stay there for years, this year we were blessed with being able to stay there and now have found somewhere that we would like to stay over and over again. It truly felt like home for a few days.
