This home sits on a 180 acre working family farm in the Shenandoah Valley. It is secluded and private, yet minutes from everything you want to see and enjoy in the valley. Whether you are here for a restful getaway, nearby wedding, university homecoming, or setting up as a hub for daily excursions to nearby wineries, caverns, parks, flea markets and more, you are sure to find Tuck's Place a great place to stay.

Enjoy a clean and fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, coffee and tea set up, and plenty of utensils and cookware to cook and bake. You can enjoy casual dining in the kitchen or formal dining in the dining room. Seating for eight in both dining areas, plus a high chair.

First floor master bedroom includes a crib and a large, walk-in closet. Connecting master bathroom has large jet bathtub and separate shower.

Living room with TV and ample seating connects to open sunroom with foosball table, desk and large corner sofa unit with recliner on one end and queen sofa bed on the other end.

Additional first floor bathroom includes a shower, along with full-size washer and dryer. Iron and ironing board are included.

Move on to the upstairs where you'll find a small reading/sitting area at the top of the stairs.

Bedroom number one is for the kids--complete with two sets of bunk beds (3 twins with 1 full), kids table with chairs, books and toys.

The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a private work area with desk.

Upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower and small vanity table.

Ample towels are provided along with all bedding--sheets, blankets and pillows. Shampoo, conditioner & body wash are provided, and nightlights are throughout the house.

Outside offers a full deck at the back with a grill and seating for dining. The side porch wraps around to connect with the large front porch--complete with rocking chairs. The views are spell-binding -- different at each time of the day and with each weather situation. From the back porch, you see the Massanutten and the Blue Ridge Mountains. From the front, you see the Appalachian and Allegheny ranges. There is seating at different locations about the lawn where you can relax and enjoy the views.

Wildlife in the area include deer, fox, coyote, bald eagles, red-tail hawks, turkeys, skunks, racoons, possum, ground hogs and more.

A firepit with seating is waiting for you to enjoy the evenings. Stargazing is a must--there's very little surrounding lights to interfere with the view.
