Welcome to our private full home on the West Side of Allentown near Dyouville U! This safe, quiet and stylish home easily fits large groups with over 9 beds, 2 full kitchens, 2 living areas and ample space.
We welcome working professionals, families, university parents, groups and more. Private parking provided.
In a quiet neighborhood, walkable or short drive to restaurants, bars, coffee, parks, groceries etc. Easy to hwy 190. Quick to Airport, Niagara Falls, Wegmans, Shopping, Bills, Golf
LIVING SPACE
This full house, completely private, is recently renovated and decorated with an Industrial Modern look & feel. This space is sure to impress those looking for a unique, stylish, centrally located urban travel experience.
There are two full kitchens, 4 full bathrooms, 7 bedrooms featuring 7 queen beds and 2 twin beds. The house is divided into two separate living spaces that are both included as part of this listing. Enjoy the convenience of staying with a large group at the same property, but the privacy of separating living/kitchen spaces (examples include parents stay upstairs, kids stay downstairs or one family upstairs one family downstairs etc.)
The large, open concept kitchen / dining area allows for group gatherings. The granite counter kitchen offers a full-sized refrigerator, gas stove, oven, coffee maker and microwave. We have coffee, creamer and tea available on site.
Bathrooms feature gorgeous tiled walk-in showers, direct/overhead mirror lighting, makeup towels, high end / non-toxic hand soap and large mirrors.
Each bedroom features a queen bed (two bedrooms also have a twin) with ample closet / shelving space and a `white-noise` machine for those who enjoy static noise while they sleep.
Additionally there is a living room sofa set up that would accommodate comfortable sleeping for children or smaller adults. The balcony sports artificial turf grass with outdoor chairs and corn-hole.
Whether you`re in the mood for a leisurely brunch or an evening out on the town, the surrounding area offers an array of options to suit every taste and preference. For those looking to explore further, additional dining options and the lively Allentown nightlife are just a short drive or Uber ride away

Cool westside neighborhood close to Allentown high end restaurant / bar scene and walkable (within 10-15 min walk) to Community Beer Works, Front Park, Niagara Cafe, BFLO Pizza Bistro & more. Bike share / rental within walking distance. TOPS Grocery right down the street. VERY easy access to 190 East/West which allows for fast travel everywhere. Visit Niagara Falls in 25 minutes. Shopping (Athleta, J Crew, L.L. Bean, Home Goods, Cabela`s, Wegmans, Trader Joes, Macy`s, Target & more) all within a 15-minute drive. Very low traffic. 15 minute drive or less to faster dining like Chipotle & Chick-Fil-A
ACCESS:
The first living area is on the ground floor of the home. The second living area takes up the 2nd floor of the home. Private Washer & Dryer in basement.
PARKING:
Private parking in driveway for one vehicle (potentially two very small vehicles). For additional vehicles there is readily available free street parking.

For added safety & security precautions, there are deadbolt locks, outdoor flood lights and security cameras outside overlooking the exterior.
