Hi Jennifer, thank you for choosing our home for your vacation! Your review cut off but it appears your issue with the property was that it “could have been cleaner”. I wish you would have contacted me when you checked in as I could have contacted my cleaner at the time and had them come back out to address the issues. We obviously pay a cleaning service and if they are not cleaning to my renters’ satisfaction, I would like it dealt with immediately.

Quiet location, plenty of room

Really nice , quiet location. Spacious house with a lot of room for a family of 4. We personally drove to the beach but you could walk . Love the deck, spent a lot of time on it. Overall a great spot , we really enjoyed it. Would definitely come back!

Lovely family beach week

As promised, we were just a 15 minute walk from the beach (from door to setting down our blankets, even with four kids and a wagon in tow). Kids loved sleeping upstairs. We had a great week in Ocean City. We had the 2 upper floor apartment for our party of 6. The furninshings were very comfortable and spacious. The front porch was very enjoyable. Perfect Location!

We had a lovely stay in this comfy and super clean home. Location was perfect, under ten min to beach, 20 min walk to cutest town shops and restaurants and 20 min walk to Boardwalk. The porch was delightful to have coffee and take in the neighborhood which is very quiet and serene. The inside of the home has a lot of room, more than expected. We hope we are able to stay next year. The host Mike provided a lot of helpful information about the area and made check in and check out a breeze.

Great family getaway

My family (husband, two young children ages 3.5 and 5.5) and I had a wonderful time at this home. The space was great for us to all sleep on the one floor and the top 3rd floor made for a fun play space for the kids when needed. The home was situated in a quiet neighborhood, closer to the bay side than the beach, but walkable to either. We particularly enjoyed our daily stop halfway back from the beach at TJ's for ice cream. The owner/property manager was highly responsive and provided great detailed instructions for our stay. We would recommend this property to other families with young kids.

Good location & quiet neighborhood

Overall a good stay, very quiet, central air conditioning, reliable wi-fi, space for our family of 6 adults. Location is a 10 minute walk to beach. Home was surface clean, but some things need to be checked & deep cleaned. Mike was quick to respond by text. Being from another part of the country, we didn't know we'd need to supply our own sheets, pillows, towels, etc. Never had to do that with other rental properties. Had a bit of a worry dealing with those items last minute. Unusual access to the third floor is only available through one of the two bedrooms on the second floor. Kitchen had dishes, pots/pans, some silverware & serving utensils, but no spices, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, etc. Balcony was comfortable, outdoor shower was great & backyard was nice.

Ocean City Family Reunion

This Ocean City second and third story is much more spacious than we imagined. The house is in a great location. It's within walking distance to the bay, beach, boardwalk. and restaurants. The house is extremely clean with many practical touches, including everything you'll need to prepare meals for a family. The covered deck in the front is a quiet, breezy place to dine in the evenings. There are lovely, homey details throughout the home. Four beach tags are included. Michael is a considerate host who responds to queries quickly. He was extremely helpful. We highly recommend this beach house for families and we hope to stay here again soon. P.S. Having reliable WiFi was important because it was a working vacation for us. The WiFi was consistent and dependable.

Great Beach House

We had a great stay despite the weather. The house was comfortable enough for our large extended family in the area to come over. Great family vacation home

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and we spent a lot of time on the comfortable front porch. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and everything was spotless on our arrival. The location is perfect. We could walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and even an ice cream parlor. The central air was a plus and appreciated. The house was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 7. Mike provides great information and his communication is the best we have ever had when renting! It was a pleasure dealing with him. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this lovely home again.

Great house, and great location.

This was a great property for a family of 6. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable all week. The house was clean and inorder and the off street parking was a big bonus. Owner was responsive and professional.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A NICE, RELAXING VACATION, THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO BE! I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH HOW TRANQUIL THE LOCATION IS... FAR ENOUGH AWAY FROM THE HUSTLE & BUSTLE OF DOWNTOWN OCEAN CITY BUT ONLY A SHORT WALK AND YOU'LL FIND YOURSELF RIGHT IN THE MIX! BEACH, BOARDWALK, & BAY CAN ALL BE REACHED WITH A SHORT 10-MINUTE WALK! THE HOUSE IS SET IN A SERENE, FAMILY-FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD... IT WILL FEEL LIKE A HOME AWAY FROM HOME WHEN YOU ARE STAYING HERE... MY WIFE SPENT A LOT OF TIME DECORATING BOTH UNITS AND IT SHOWS! HOUSE IS IN GREAT CONDITION WITH PLENTY OF SPACE FOR FAMILIES TO SPREAD OUT! COME SEE FOR YOURSELF! I GUARANTEE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!
