• Cozy, spacious family-friendly 2000sqft, 0.5-acre retreat in Tobyhanna, PA in the Poconos for 10 people with large driveway for 6-8 cars

• 4 bedrooms: 1 king room, 2 queen rooms, 2 full over full bunkbeds with all linens, 4 pillows and mattress/pillow protectors for each

• Smart lock allows for contactless check-in – code to be provided shortly before check in

• Check in: 4:00pm (early check in subject to availability for a fee)

• Check out: 10:00am (early check in subject to availability for a fee)

• Guests cannot access private locked cleaner closet in basement bedroom

• Guests cannot access garage for the time being – TBD on access but plan on availability for winter

• Four-wheel drive (4WD) vehicles are required for guests visiting during winter due to potential snow storms – please be cautious



Booking Rules

• No bookings can be made on behalf of others

• Safety waiver acknowledgement and rental agreement signature required to enter property

• Guests are not permitted on the property without an adult who is 25 years or older. The booking guest must be 25 years or older and remain on the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
