Step inside and experience coastal luxury with high-end finishes and panoramic ocean views. This open-concept home features a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, two dishwashers, three full sized refrigerators, commercial ice maker, and almost every kitchen gadget you can think of. The dining table seats 18, with additional bar seating for 6, ensuring everyone can dine together.

Outside, your private oasis awaits. Make a splash in one of the largest private heated pools on the island, featuring a tanning ledge with loungers, LED fountain, and an in-pool cocktail table. Or sit poolside and enjoy shaded conversation with friends in Adirondack or hanging egg chairs, or a daybed. You'll enjoy direct, private access to the beach, or a relaxing swing, via the shaded beachfront boardwalk. And as evening approaches, head to one of the two rooftop decks to relax in the 8-person hot tub while losing yourself in the majesty of the spectacular sunset.

Entertainment is absolutely everywhere at The Big Kahuna. For fun in the sun, you'll have cornhole, a bocce court, Spikeball, KanJam, two stand-up paddleboards, beach toys, boogie boards, four fat-tire bikes, a competition-grade beach volleyball net, and more. And when the beach cools down, the fun amps up with a regulation pool table, ping pong, a putting green, board games, and a video game lounge featuring classic arcade games, or bring your own system to play on the two HDTVs.

* Room 401 (4th Floor): King Bed, ensuite bath, and shared sound-side balcony.
* Room 302 (3rd Floor Master Suite): King Bed, massive oceanfront windows, private oceanfront balcony, and a spa-like ensuite with wet room shower and soaking tub. Includes a hideaway bunk room with a twin-over-double bunk.
* Room 301 (3rd Floor): Queen and Twin XL Beds, ensuite bath, and shared sound-side balcony.
* Room 204 (2nd Floor): Queen Bed with direct access to an oceanfront balcony and a shared bath.
* Room 203 (2nd Floor): Double-over-double bunk bed with access to a shared oceanfront balcony.
* Room 202 (2nd Floor): Two twin-over-twin bunk beds.
* Room 201 (2nd Floor): King Bed, ensuite bath, and shared sound-side balcony.

Bathroom Layout:
* 4th Floor: 1.5 baths
* 3rd Floor: 2 full baths
* 2nd Floor: 2 full baths

The Neighborhood
The Big Kahuna is perfectly located in the heart of Topsail Island, in Surf City. You are just a short walk (3 blocks or less) from local bars, restaurants, and a convenience store. The area is also a popular nesting ground for sea turtles, offering a unique chance to experience local wildlife. For more recreation, you'll find four golf courses, mini-golf, bowling, fishing, surfing, roller skating, and a playground nearby.

Getting Around
With free parking for up to 6 cars, driving is convenient. However, the home's prime location and the four included fat-tire bikes make it simple and fun to explore the immediate area without a car.

House Rules
To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules:
* The primary renter must be at least 27 years of age and must be present for the entire rental period. A photo ID is required.
* No pets are allowed.
* No smoking is permitted on the property.
* No fraternities, sororities, college, or youth groups are allowed.

Important Information
* **Pool Heating:** The pool can be heated for an additional fee in April, May, September, and October. This option is unavailable from June through August and November through March. Please note, the pool heater will only heat the water 10 degrees warmer than the forecasted low outdoor temperature. Contact us to add this option to your reservation.
* **Activity Waiver:** Use of the swimming pool, hot tub, stand-up paddleboards, bikes and all recreational equipment is at your own risk.
* **Family Amenities:** A high chair and a Pack 'n Play are available for your use. We do not have baby gates, unfortunately.
