Princesa is placed right in the heart of Sandy Beach. It is home to wonderful amenities, great fun, and good food. At our resort, you will find a convenience store where you can find many basics. We have 3 pools for you to spend the day, a BBQ area near one of the pools and our Club House, which has a fitness room where you can exercise. Between building D and E, you will find our Collin's cantina, with happy hour every evening. And you can feel safe with our round the clock security staff.

This 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom condo are located on the 5th floor of the E Tower. This condo is oceanfront and can sleep, 8 guests. In the living room, there is a large sage green velvet sofa with a matching love seat. There are a beautiful “Birds of Paradise” oil painting above the sofa and a beechwood colored end table. The room also has a double door media cabinet with a flat-screen TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. In addition, you have wireless internet so that you can browse online or communicate with the folks back home. You can get to the terrace through the arcadia doors in the living room. In the dining room, there is a large beech wood shelf that displays ceramic art and a large matching table that seats 6. A lighting fixture hangs above the table to light the area and there is a beautiful dried flower centerpiece on the table. In the kitchen, there are ceramic tiled countertops with fully stocked cabinets and all major appliances. You will feel right at home cooking in this kitchen. The kitchen has a built-in bar for casual dining or additional seating. In the master bedroom, there is a king-size metal framed canopy bed that has green and khaki striped bedding. There is a metal-framed bedside table with a lamp and a dresser with a TV. You can also get to the terrace through the arcadia doors in the master bedroom. The attached master bathroom has a huge marble double sink vanity with wonderful lighting and mirrors. The bathroom is complete with a tub, shower, and commode. he second bedroom have a more than comfortable queen bed, a closet with full length mirrors and a TV. In the third bedroom you will have twins beds, with palm tree printed bedding and matching suites of furniture. The furniture suites include nightstands, dressers, TV's and ocean view windows. The hall bathroom has a single sink vanity with a tub/shower combo and a single sink mirrored vanity. The terrace has a table, chairs and a set of sunbathing chairs.
