The drive is a close one-hour trip south of the border – 4 hours from Phoenix, AZ or 3.5 hours from Tucson, AZ. This destination provides some of the cleanest and most incredible beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is on the 1st floor in the East facing "E" building closest to the beach which allows for amazing sunsets. The resort has three pools, a swim up bar, fire pit, hot tub, barbecue grills, its own restaurant/bar, 24-hour security and even a golf course nearby.

Professionally remodeled with updated paint, cabinets and furniture. The beach front private master bedroom has a large king size bed and on-suite bathroom with a combination shower / tub. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and access to the shared bathroom with shower. The living room has a leather sectional sofa, dining for 6 and a large glass slider that leads directly to the pool and beach. There are flat screen Smart TV's with cable in every bedroom and living room with Netflix and Amazon Prime available with your log in.

This ground floor condo has super easy access to both the winter heated pool with a swim up bar and direct access to Sandy Beach. The patio is large with a full outdoor dining area for your family and friends to enjoy.
