The space is comfortably furnished with - 2 queen size beds - 2 Smart TV`s - Ample street parking is available for those traveling with a car (just need to be mindful of stop signs, fire hydrants and the 3 hours for street cleaning Wednesday and Thursdays from April-October). The area to be rented is the whole private unit- 2 bed, one bath. The Condo is in a 4 unit building sharing a main entrance, leading to a hallway with 4 private front doors to each unit. This unit is unit 1 on the first floor.

Parking is free street parking which is readily available on both sides of the streets in front of the building as well the surrounding area. NoMa-Gallaudet U is the closest metro station which is approx. just less then a mile away. Washington, DC has one of the safest, cleanest and most efficient transportation systems in the world. Metrorail and Metrobus are the most convenient ways to get around DC, with Metrobus providing connections for locations not serviced by Metrorail. The Walter E. Washington Convention Center even has a dedicated Metro station serviced by the Yellow and Green lines, and many hotels are conveniently located near Metro stations or bus routes. Metro operates from 5 a.m. to midnight on weekdays and from 7 a.m. to midnight on weekends. While we understand time can get away from us all, our cleaners do only have a few hours to clean, sanitize, and return the unit to the condition it was found in prior to the next guests arrival in a few hours.
