Welcome to Blue Magnolia, a unique property designed as two separate but connected units, providing ample space for large groups to gather and enjoy privacy. The home features two distinct living rooms with modern furniture and two fully-equipped kitchens, one with crisp white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, the other with warm wood cabinets.
Relax on the furnished front porch or take in the view from the second-floor balcony. The interior is bright, airy, and designed for a restful stay.

Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
