Inn on Austin | Historic Home Near Baylor & Silos

This property is a beautiful historic home in downtown Waco, Texas - in the heart of downtown Waco near bars, restaurants, theaters, Baylor University and Chip and Joanna's Silos and castle. It is one of only four home rentals on Austin Avenue - the historic main street that runs through downtown Waco. We follow Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed using CDC guidelines. We sanitize surfaces, use approved cleaners and disinfectants, clean and disinfect each room!

This home has a huge great room that is complete with a working gas fireplace and a 72 inch television. A second living room upstairs is also very comfortable with automatic recliners and a beautiful outdoor dining space. The home is immaculately maintained and has been fully restored. It is truly one of the most beautiful homes in downtown Waco!

Guests have complete access to the two living rooms, three bedrooms, two dining areas, a kitchen and three bathrooms. The owners live in the guest house behind the Inn when their are no guests at the Inn. However, they stay at one of their other properties when guests are at the Inn so that guests have complete privacy during their stay. The owners are available by phone or text should any problem arise. The Inn has a touch free entry and exit to make sure the guests' stay is safe and private. All linens are cleaned and sanitized between each guests' stay.

Erin and her husband John are available 24/7 to their guests by phone. They have two other individuals nearby available after hours to assist with any problems that guests may have during their stay at the Inn on Austin Avenue.

The Inn on Austin Avenue is located approximately one mile from Chip and Joanna Gaines' Silos in Downtown Waco. Downtown Waco is experiencing amazing revitalization with coffee shops, amazing shopping, theaters and Baylor University.
