Playroom for the kids on the first level is secluded from adults who may enjoy solitude. With 3 levels, this home allows lots of privacy and there is an elevator to offer convenient luggage transport and mobility for those who are disabled.

If there's rain, kids will love playing on the Ping Pong Table, Arcade Machine or Foos Ball table and many board games, etc. If you are traveling with babies, we have you covered with a high chair and Pack-n-Play.

*We are required to have an audible alarm installed on doors and windows that open to a pool area. The purpose of these alarms is to alert an adult if a child walks out to a pool area unattended. These alarms typically have a bypass button that allows the door to be opened for 7 seconds before the alarm goes off. These alarms must not be removed or tampered with in any way. Any evidence of tampering or damage to pool alarms will be billed to the credit card on file for the reservation.*

*Check-in time is 4 pm on the day of your arrival, Check out time is 10 am on the day of your departure. No early access or late departure is allowed unless special arrangements are made in advance, Our cleaning and Inspection team need time to ensure the rental is clean and safe for your stay*

*Linens are provided but please wash towels prior to checkout if time permits*
*Please strip beds and wash sheets if time permits*

*A starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, coffee & tea are provided at check-in. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores. We do provide some condiments, snacks and spices that you may use if you like.*

*Please note, all guests occupying this property who are under the age of 22 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.*

*This home has a 4-night minimum stay requirement off-season and a 7-night minimum during the busy season.*

*Reservations that are 30 nights or longer will require a mid-stay clean, Please let us know what times will suit you and we will coordinate with the cleaners.*

*Parking for 4 Vehicles only in the Driveway, No street parking or parking in grass. You may be ticketed if parked in the street on Anna Maria Island.*

*Please note this is not a party or large gathering house. Noise complaints may result in eviction*

*Pool is heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and is set no higher than 80 degrees. During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool can be maintained to that temperature. No refunds, credits, or discounts will be offered if the pool temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather.*

*Pool can be heated to 86 degrees with an additional charge of $25/day but again, actual temperature cannot be guaranteed.* Preferred check-in/check-out day is Friday which means less traffic and congestion for you. Thanks. 😊
