Die Edelweiss Condominiums im Whitefish Mountain Resort sind der ideale Ort für Ihren Winter- oder Sommerurlaub. Auf einem kleinen Parkplatz gegenüber den Hauptsesselliften mit herrlichem Blick auf das gesamte Flathead Valley finden Sie keine bessere oder nähere Lage. Unmittelbar neben der Bierestube und gegenüber von Ed & Mullys Restaurant und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom berühmten Hellroaring Saloon entfernt, befinden sich die Edelweiss-Apartments direkt im Herzen des Dorfes. Die Wohnung ist auch 30 Meilen oder ~ 45 Minuten vom West Glacier National Park entfernt

Einheit Nr. 312 ist die größte Einheit des Komplexes und liegt bei rund 1100 SF, nachdem sie kürzlich komplett renoviert wurde und eine gewölbte Wohnzimmerdecke und ein Loft im Obergeschoss hinzugefügt hat. Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und ein besonders langes Einzelbett + Rollbett, das zu zwei weiteren Einzelbetten oder einem King-Size-Bett umfunktioniert werden kann. Das Loft im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein Doppel-Futon-Schlafsofa. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss hat ein französisches Bett. Es gibt ein komplettes Badezimmer nach oben und ein komplettes Badezimmer nach unten. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich ein Kinderfernseher und ein Wii-Videospielbereich. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über alle neuen Blockmöbel, einen Echtholzkamin und einen Balkon mit Blick auf das gesamte Flachkopftal. Dies ist eine Einheit in der obersten (3.) Etage mit einigen der besten Aussichten auf den Berg.

In der Anlage gibt es eine Waschküche sowie eine Sauna, einen saisonalen Whirlpool und einen privaten Skiraum neben der Hauptlobby.

In der Wohnanlage können Sie 1 Auto parken. Zusätzliche Autos können in Whitefish Mountain Resort geparkt werden.

Amazing peace

The place was better than pictured! They had everything we needed (laundry soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc). The condo itself was much larger feeling than expected and the views were literally breath taking from all windows! After hiking all day we did puzzles and relaxed. The one night we even hiked at the resort for berries and found a ton. Included picts of our hike on resort. Everyone we encountered was so kind and happy. I would go back in a heart beat!

Perfect!

We stayed 4 nights for skiing. Everything, the condo, the view, the location, was perfect. Super easy to walk to lifts. Bars/restaurants within walking distance. Easy drive to town. Communication with Charlie was easy and he responded immediately to questions. It was an amazing stay and the skiing was wonderful.

Great place in a great location

The place was spotless upon arrival, the layout is very functional and it is perfectly located on the mountain. Charlie contacted me shortly after check-in to make sure there we got there OK and that there were no issues, which we appreciated. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds very were comfortable. We would definitely rent this place again.

Well maintained property with all the essentials. The owner allows use of his ski locker, huge benefit, considering the locker is 100m from a lift! Perfect location, quiet complex, lots of space to spread out.

From my initial request for information, through our stay, I couldn't be more impressed with this place, or it's owners. Charlie was quick to answer all questions, and the condo is perfect for my family of seven. We love the location and view! Beautiful condo in a lovely area!

We were late booking for a visit to Glacier National Park so we enlarged our search to the Whitefish area and found this condo. It was quite a trek over to the East side of GNP, but the condo was just so cozy and the decor was so cute (very Montana-ish!) that we'd do it again! The Whitefish area is very nice and we enjoyed several local restaurants and shops. We had a great visit!

Glad you had a nice stay. The East side of GNP is a trek but the Going to the Sun Road is gorgeous. The West entrance is only 45 minutes from the condo.

Great location!

Loved the location of the condo. Our only suggestion is a queen bed upstairs rather than fold out. The condo isn’t really set up for two couples, but rather a family. We had everything we needed. Loved the hike up Danny On and riding the lift down. The area is fantastic.

The upstairs bedroom has two extra long twins that combine into a king bed. Bed instructions are sent to each guest and are included in the notebook at the condo but some people don't read them or ask. The foldout bed mentioned is a double on the loft but isn't a simple fold out. It is a slide out that then requires an extra cushion to be added to make a full size bed. It's somewhat small (double bed) and not ideal for couples like the king bed but at times couples do use it. Instructions were sent and no one contacted us with any questions, but I suspect no one realized the upstairs daybed and trundle converted into a king. Sorry for the issue, but we often have one couple upstairs on the king bed and a second couple downstairs on the queen. On top of that there is a set of twin bunks in the upstairs room with the king and the full size (double ) slide out futon on the loft.

Big Mountain Summer Experience

Unit 312 of the Edelweiss complex on Big Mountain in Whitefish, Montana offered a great view and opportunities for lots of exercise. Biking and hiking are two of the more popular summer activities.

Charlie was available for any questions about the property. He even gave us heads up about them having turned the water off for maintenance on the day of our arrival. It was a heads up so that we would need to know before arriving. But the water was on. The property was in excellent condition With a beautiful view. We would anyone to book this facility. SOOOOO Close to the Slopes

The property was as described. Plenty of Space for a family of 5 with 3 Teen boys. Next door to the Bierstube and Across from Ed and Mullys. Both have food and drinks. It had everything we needed. We arrived on Christmas Day and no grocery stores were open so we did an InstaCart order from the Safeway Grocery Store and it was delivered to our door the next morning at 7:30 which was a life saver!! Super close to Life 1 2 & 3. Beautiful Views.

If you are hoping to use all 8 places to sleep, don't count on it. There is a small uncomfortable futon that would sleep someone under 5 feet tall. No way would it work for two adults to share.

Meagan, I'm sorry you didn't understand how to properly set up the bed The futon is a double. I send instructions with every reservation. The futon pulls out and there is a cushion in the closet nest to the futon that is added to make the bed a full 72" long. I personally have many guests use it who are 6'+ former division I football players. The bedding in the ottoman is also for a full size mattress. Not all futons are the type you assumed this one was. I would have been happy to walk you through it over the phone. Sorry but I was unaware that you didn't know how to set up the bed. Besides emailing instructions on how to set up the beds there is a copy in the notebook downstairs. Also.in my policies it notes that I only allow a maximum of 6 adults. I only allow 8 guests if at least 2 are children. Despite what you assumed there are places to sleep 8. The futon is 72" long and a double, downstairs is a queen and upstairs are 2 twins and 2 twin XL beds which can be put together as a king.

Could have been better

Location was great, very close to the lift and alpine slides, beautiful setting. The condo was not maintained to professional standards. We found many left over food items stashed in the fridge, freezer and cabinets. Dishes were not clean and mismatched. Not all beds had sheets on them and closets and dressers were filled with extra bedding items, therefore no real space for our belongings. Overall the place had a disheveled feel to it. Our recommendation is to look for another place to stay while visiting the beautiful area

This was the first I heard about these issues. Obviously, there was a breakdown with housekeeping we will need to address. If I had known there was an issue we would have sent someone to take care of it immediately.

My wife and I have two girls aged 12 and 14 and we love to spend our winters in the mountains skiing. We totally fell in love with Whitefish Mountain Resort and the town of Whitefish during ski trips to the area. We live on Camano Island on Puget Sound in Washington State. We love boating and spending time on the water in the summer and on the snow in the winter. When we aren't at our condo in Montana we can be found in our RV slopeside at Stevens Pass, or out on Puget Sound boating.

You can't beat the quality of the skiing, the community, and the convenience of getting to Whitefish by either train, plane, or driving. We purchased this property because of the incredible value and location. You can't get closer to the village or the chairlifts than the Edelweiss condominiums. When we saw this top floor unit we realized its great potential with a little remodeling. The low ceiling was removed revealing a large vaulted ceiling and allowing for the addition of a new loft. Now this unit has plenty of room for the skiing family with room to spread out and relax after a busy day on the slopes.

This property was purchased for winter vacations, but after spending time there in the summer we have found that summer is just as enjoyable as the winter. The activities on the mountain along with the nearby lakes and trails and of course Glacier National Park make this a fabulous location year around.

The large upstairs bedroom has been set up as a separate living/sleeping area giving this unit 2 living areas so that kids and adults can have their own space. The upstairs window has a beautiful NW view of the ski runs and the downstairs balcony looks out to the SE and over the entire Flathead Valley.
