Borrego Springs Home w / Wüsten- und Bergblick!

Hi Mark, we’re glad to hear that you had a quick check-in and enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, driveway, and garage! We want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues with the heat during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - When you called about the heat we let you know that due to the power being turned off for a bit we needed to reset the system physically. We asked what temperature you would like it set at and planned on sending someone over but we never heard back from you. There would not have been an issue to have the windows open and you did mention to us that everything was ok and you had done that. We're sorry if there was a misunderstanding, we were happy to help get you situated. - We would have also sent the cleaners back if needed but you never mentioned the floors or dust to us. We take cleanliness very seriously and have not had this issue. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Hi R, we’re happy to hear that you enjoyed the views of the surrounding area! We want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our property seriously. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We’ve talked with our cleaning crew to ensure this issue does not recur for future travelers. We do our best to keep the outdoor area clean and looking nice, however, it’s certainly possible for the weather to affect the area once our landscaping crew has left. - We wish you had reached out to us during your stay. We would've been more than happy to send our cleaning crew to resolve your concerns and make your stay more comfortable.- Our cleaning crew works hard to thoroughly clean and sanitize the entire property between guests and we're sorry to hear that you found a previous guest's pet hair in the home. - We use a professional cleaning crew to ensure that the home is cleaned and sanitized between guest stays. Our crew does a walk-through of the home before all guest arrivals and we’re confident that the home will meet our high cleanliness standards before our next check-in.- We hope you keep us in mind for your future travels. We’d love to host you the next time you visit. Your feedback assists us in understanding our guests' perspectives and improving wherever possible!
