The Space:

The villa offers 4 well-distributed bedrooms: one with a king bed and crib, one with a queen and double bed, one with two double beds, and one with a double bed. The layout accommodates up to 12 guests comfortably. The open-plan living and dining areas connect seamlessly to a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for everything from morning coffee to family dinners. Outside, the private heated pool provides the perfect spot to relax throughout the day. Bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, Tamarán is the ideal retreat for families or groups seeking both privacy and convenience near the coast.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the villa, including the private pool, kitchen.

✔ Free daily access for up to 8 adults

👶 Children aged 3 or under enter free (children older than 3 are charged as adults).

👥 Additional adults: $500 MXN per person per day (includes $250 MXN food & beverage credit and $250 MXN access, towel included).

🧴 Towels are not included for complimentary access. Towel rental available for $30 MXN.

⏰ Hours:

Beach access from 7:00 a.m.

Kitchen open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Beach club closes at 7:00 p.m.

🏖 Amenities: pools, lounge chairs, tables, chairs, and sports courts (paddle, basketball, pickleball, and tennis), subject to availability. More information is available at the beach club reception.

🚫 Restrictions: outside food or beverages, coolers, thermos, and speakers are not allowed.

The Neighborhood:

Located on Bucerías Street in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Tamarán is surrounded by a charming coastal community known for its vibrant marina, fresh seafood market, and the famous Sunday farmer’s market. Just a short drive takes you to Bucerías, Punta Mita, and Sayulita, each offering unique beaches, surf spots, and local dining. From Marina Riviera Nayarit, you can join fishing trips or seasonal whale-watching tours.

A rental car is recommended for flexibility, but taxis and rideshares are also available in the area.

On-site restaurant with local food & drinks (prices may vary) (The beach club is currently under construction due to a small project.)
