Other things to note:
1. Smoking, drugs, and vape use is NOT allowed inside and outside the property. There is a $1,000 fine if discovered.
2. Parties are NOT allowed at this property, including loud music. Quiet Hours are 10PM - 8AM. If it is determined that guests are having a party/large gathering OR surrounding neighbors report a complaint and/or call police for disturbance, guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
3. There's no daily housekeeping. For long-term stays (over 30 days), deep cleaning can be requested for $300 per cleaning. This process takes 2-3 hours, similar to checkout.
4. You will be charged twice the current price for any missing or damaged items including, but not limited to stained towels/sheets), as well as $200 USD for each lost, missing, or damaged remote.
5. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are NOT allowed. Children are considered guests that must be stated in the reservation. We do not allow visitors unless discussed and agreed upon prior to booking. Violation of this rule will result in a $200 penalty per person, per night.
6. Pets are NOT allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $1000 penalty per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will be applied.
7. We do NOT allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you're staying at. You may deliver items (Amazon) to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered or4 lost mail.
8. The following activities are prohibited without the written consent of the Host and will incur location fees: filming, professional photography, coordinated events or parties, miscellaneous commercial activities, music recording, or endeavors which typically incur a location expense beyond lodging. Please contact the Host for location fees.
9. Guests shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Household inventory and appliances shall be used conventionally and respectfully. Guests shall maintain a respectable level of cleanliness and tidiness in the home.
10. Unapproved late check-out will incur a fee of $100/hr. Checkout is at 11 AM.
11. There are 3 security cameras: 1 on the corner of the front of the home, the doorbell and 1 at the back door from the garage. None are facing inside the home. Blocking or disconnecting any of these devices will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
12. Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, or deaths that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
13. By booking, you agree to comply with the above Rules & Agreements. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses, and may be removed from the property.
14. Trash Collection Policy (Wednesday Nights)
If your stay includes Wednesday night, we kindly ask that you place the trash bins outside the garage for Thursday morning pickup. After the bins have been emptied, please return them to the garage later on Thursday.
If you are checking out on Thursday morning, there's no need to bring the bins back in—our cleaning team will handle it. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the property clean and organized!
15. Just for your awareness, there is some nearby construction taking place, which may result in minor noise between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM
