We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful and the scenery made it feel like we were in total isolation which is exactly what we wanted. The house is tucked away so aside from a couple times driving past the driveway, the stay was everything we wanted!!

Beautiful house, just as described in the listing. House was very new and solidly well done. Internet and TV worked well.Very comfortable setup , plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was awesome, well stocked. House was very clean. Comfortable chairs and nice views from the deck. The location was outstanding. The property is extremely quiet, no neighborhood noises, the only sounds were motor boats on the water. Plenty of safe space in the front yard area for dogs/ kids to play and run. It was exceptionally relaxing, very private and secluded, BUT it is ASLO conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. Bath is a quick 10 minute drive. We would definitely stay there again, no complaints, highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home on the Kennebec river. The house was warm, welcoming, and incredibly spacious -perfect for hosting both my sister's adult family and mine with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy time together.Without a doubt, our favorite place was the amazing oversized deck overlooking the river. Every morning started with hot coffee, peaceful views, and the excitement of watching bald eagles and osprey dive into the river for fish.Evenings were just as magical, with stunning sunsets, boats drifting by and everyone gathered with snacks and drinks, soaking in the beauty of Maine.The home was comfortable, inviting, and had everything we needed for unforgettable family vacation. We left feeling relaxed,refreshed and already talking about coming back. It truly was the perfect place to make memories. Highly recommended!-

We really enjoyed our week at the house - the location on the river was perfect, a beautiful private setting with easy access to grocery shopping, cafes. etc a few minutes away in Bath. The house was beautiful and very well appointed, with plenty of beautiful spaces to relax and unwind. We especially enjoyed the daily sightings of the bald eagles! The sitting area of the master bedroom suite was where we spent most of our time, and it was one the most comfortable and beautiful spaces we've ever stayed in. We can't recommend this house enough! Our pups also enjoyed the house and outdoor space, and we appreciated the dog bowls and crate.

We had a fantastic stay at this amazing rental! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, quiet, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, the beds were super comfortable, and the layout is perfect for a large family or multiple families vacationing together. The large selection of games in the game room made for hours of family entertainment.The location was ideal—nicely tucked away from the road for a peaceful, riverside retreat, yet still close enough to town for dining out or hitting the nearby hiking trails.Check-in was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, which really made us feel at home.One of our favorite moments was sipping coffee in the incredibly comfy leather chairs by the fireplace while soaking in the beautiful morning views through the large windows. It truly added something special to our stay.We would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway—and we can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay at this riverfront home! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the stunning views right from the deck and living room- peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or watch the sunset.The house itself was spotless, cozy, and incredibly well-equipped. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make some meals at home. The hosts were great - responsive, welcoming, and full of great local recommendations. With comfortable beds and linens, to the board games, books, and children’s toys, it was a perfect family getaway. We also loved the convenient location. There’s plenty to explore as it’s within driving distance to numerous state parks, seafood spots, shopping and antiquing, and “classic Maine” coastal towns (including Wiscasset, which is considered one of the state's prettiest villages). Located in a suburb of Bath on the Kennebec River, there’s also plenty to do right down the road including The Maine Maritime Museum and the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens. The town’s historical ties to shipbuilding makes the views of Iron Works from the house all the better! We can’t recommend this home highly enough. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing retreat or a base to explore the Maine mid coast, this place has it all. We’re already dreaming about coming back next year!

This was a wonderful property right on the Kennebec river. 4 bedrooms provided plenty of room for 7 of us. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. The outdoor deck and screened in porch provided wonderful views and a place to relax. Bald eagles visited on a daily basis. Used to rustic houses in Maine but this was anything but rustic, modern with all the needed amenities. Location was great as well - 25 minutes to the coast and right across the bridge from Bath and easy drives to wiscasset and Brunswick. Highly recommended if you are planning a family trip to Maine. Big plus - dogs allowed!!

This is an amazing property! Beautiful views and incredibly peaceful. The house is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated, a very well thought out home. If you are looking to entertain, the kitchen is large and well stocked. The bathrooms are all large, and the beds are all comfortable. Our entire group loved staying here. If you are thinking about staying here you will not be disappointed by this property.
