Cozy, clean and comfortable place

We loved the place!best location!! Strongly recommended!!! We can not say enough for the cleanliness. Beautifully decorated and has all kitchen necessities, everything you can think of. The pool was cleaned every day and our kids spend 90% of the time there while making so many friends. We would love to book ot again for our next time in Carolina’s.

My sister and her husband stayed with us, we try to get together for vacation 1 week a yr. They are from Pa and we are from Tn so this was a central location. We enjoyed our time there. Started out rocky because it was not cleaned the cleaning crew go there about 10 minutes after we checked in which is not acceptable but we dealt with it. Other wise great weather and good company!

21st Birthday

We took our granddaughter here for her 21st birthday. The property was beautiful. It was tastefully decorated and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. The only issues were the Uber drivers could not see the Carolina Dunes sign as it was small and always pulled in next door. Checkout time could be little later! I also left a pair of pajamas there not sure if I forgot anything else but this is definitely a 5 star property!

Good location on the beach.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was exceptionally clean and well maintained as were the surrounding premises, and the ocean view was just beautiful. We were surprised however by the level of noise from the rebar upgrades being done to the building, it was very loud and intrusive. And another minor issue was the non-supply of toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags. We’ve rented many places and these items were always supplied by the owner. Thanks.

Exceptional Views!!

Perfect stay and perfect view of the ocean. Spotted a dolphin going across. I wish I could lift the master bedroom blinds for an unobstructed view of the ocean and sunrise. But couldn't figure out how to lift the slides. Perfect location in a safe area, away from the tourist crowd. Kitchen perfectly stocked with kitchenware and appliances. Everything in perfect working order (except for broken alarm clocks). With smart phones, no one uses alarm clocks these days but could have used it for its USB ports for charging phone. Good that we had our own phone charging gear. Parking slot was assigned to us. Enjoyed our stay. Will come back again.

Exceptional Condo - Not sure about property mgmt team

On Saturday, Oct 19 I tried reaching Luxury Beach Rentals at 888-558-5451 concerning the weather that was being reported for Oct 20. No return call - never heard from them at all anytime I was at the condo. Thank God there was no emergency - not sure they would have responded. Condo was exceptionally nice and very clean and great location for my husband and myself. Maintenance really took care of the pool area and all surroundings outside.

Even better than expected

My family and I have traveled to Myrtle Beach and Isle of Palms for many years and this was absolutely one of the best places that we've stayed on vacation. PROS: - The condo is as clean and spacious as the pictures, especially the master bedroom that opens to the balcony. The kids are on the opposite side of the hall and have their own bathroom. TV in every room. - Kitchen is stocked with appliances and dinnerware; master bathroom had a dozen sets of towels; there is even a hallway closet with beach chairs. - Having the washer and dryer was a game changer for us. - Loved that the condo also has its own reserved parking space. - The building is small enough that it never got too loud and the pool never felt too crowded. - the beach is RIGHT THERE CONS: - The living room couches and chairs were small and could use some updating. It was a little hard for the 4 of us to hang out and watch TV together. - Not a lot of food options within walking distance. Highly recommend!
