Location, location, and... style and comfort. This modern home in a quiet neighborhood is just minutes away from stunning hiking and mountain biking trails, and Sedona`s best shops and restaurants. Enjoy easy open-plan living on one floor with 3 bedrooms (one en suite) and a comfy pull-out sofa in the living area. The kitchen is a chef`s dream, and the adjoining dining area has glass doors that lead out to a fenced backyard with a hot tub, a fire pit, and a grill. So, dinner inside or outside?
Arrive to a spacious driveway, welcoming front porch, and a softly lit flagstone pathway that leads you inside. The living area feels open yet cozy, with a modern sectional, fantastic views, and a natural flow into the dining and kitchen spaces.
The primary suite has a king bed, direct patio access, and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms and a full guest bath provide comfort and privacy for the rest of your group.
There are lots of thoughtful extras like an EV charger, a dedicated work desk, and full laundry facilities that make the home as practical as it is stylish.

Alternatively, the Sedona Shuttle Connect will transport you to and from any location within city limits (including this home). The cost is $2 per person, $1 for select groups, and free for children 5 and under. Download the TransLoc app to request a ride, Thursday thru Sunday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund.
We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
• Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee.
• We are unable to accommodate late check-out. Checking out after 10:00 AM will incur a $250 fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
• No firearms allowed on property
• Do not move furniture
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
• Guest making the reservation must have identity verified and provide a current phone number
• A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind
We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.
You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information.
Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit.
