Your Mile High Glamorous "Camping" experience awaits you in a BRAND NEW and luxurious RV!! You and your loved ones will vacation in comfort and style thanks to this pristine fifth wheel that can sleep four to six people easily with a rear den, tall triple slide-outs for added headroom and a private front bedroom.

It's designed for relaxing and extended stays and includes a king size bed, full-height wardrobe, spacious shower with a seat, washer/dryer, 2 air conditioners and a furnace. Rear den has a large L-shaped sofa with theater seats (king tri-fold sofa bed), plus a 65" smart LED HDTV for movie nights.

Additional amenities include a bluetooth radio with indoor/outdoor speakers, a 5,500 BTU fireplace (remote control and thermostat) with multicolor backlighting options, dimmable lights throughout home and a freestanding dinette to enjoy meal time together. Blazing fast free Wi-Fi, free on site parking behind a gate and free street parking are included to help ensure a seamless stay.

The chef of your group will love the additional counter space in this fully equipped kitchen which has not only a full size refrigerator, microwave, a 21" oven, a 3-burner cooktop and full size pantry but is also stocked with all your cooking essentials!

If you prefer to channel your inner Pit master, then grill to your heart's delight with your choice of a 36" Blackstone flat top, a pellet smoker or a double rack traditional propane as options. Make yourself at home while you create a BBQ feast while both you and your crew can also take a dive in the pool or soak in the hot tub.

There are multiple outdoor seating areas including a patio (built around a majestic old tree with a seated hammock swing), a covered outdoor bar with stools and speakers, sun chaises and loungers around pool as well as a gas fire pit with additional seating by the hot tub.

This serene oasis has everything you need to relax and unwind, but when you're ready to explore The Mile High, you are conveniently located only minutes from all the hotspots and major interstates. Only 20 minutes to downtown Denver, 30 minutes to Red Rocks and 1 hour to Loveland. Perfect stay for all seasons!

This was one of our favorite VRBO stays we have ever had and we have had many! The kids did not want to leave. The pool was really nice - super clean clear water and didn’t have a super heavy chlorine smell which I was so thankful for. The RV was very comfortable and very clean. Our family of 5 all slept comfortably (kids 7,11, and 13). LeeAnn was an amazing hostess. She was so attentive and so kind. The location was good, too. We made it downtown to Coors Field for a baseball game in about 15 minutes. There is a Trader Joes less than 10 minutes away which is a major bonus for me. We would definitely like to return again in the future. The kids are going to be begging to go back!

What a terrific experience and such a fun adventure. The unit was clean(!!), quite stylish and very, very comfortable. The location is in a private family compound in a quiet and safe neighborhood that is convenient to everything.Lee Ann and her husband were the most attentive hosts, anticipating our needs before we even knew we had them. We could not have felt more welcome. Even though glamping is not your typical vacation rental choice, don't hesitate to book this property. You won't regret it.
