Carolyn, What you fail to mention in your review is that you were actually given check-in instructions PRIOR to your arrival which provides check in instructions. Secondly, you never mention in your review that check in time is 3pm, and you arrived six or seven ours later-- a time that our entire family was at church and unavailable to assist immediately. You did however receive assistance. Thirdly, I did apologize for the miscommunication of the description of the bed type and even provided an additional bed for your guest to sleep on. Fourthly, the photo you show is of what's underneath the bed-- you completely displaced the bed, which is extremely heavy-- without permission motivated to create a misleading review of the cleanliness of the space because you were too cheap to reserve at a hotel. Our place is meticulously cleaned as it is shown in the photos. You were displeased because you never mentioned an elderly person would be accompanying you and had to walk down stairs. We mentioned prior to your arrival to "let us know in advance what accommodations you might be needing "BEFORE" your arrival". Why would you put your elderly guest through that? If anyone deserves a low review it is you. You purposely wanted to create a negative review to mislead the people.
